We had our turf installed in April of this year we have been absolutely pleased not only with the quality of the turf, the workmanship as well as the amazing customer service they provided me. I received exactly what was promised and more. I received 3 bids for my job and chose them because of their warranty and their responsive communication.This company especially the owners Kyle and Jamie go above and beyond to assist you from your quote to the installation. They are always available to me when I have questions or concerns.I can tell you some of these comments I read about the company being rude, not responding or doing a job for less than $10,000 is 1,000% false information. Please dont believe all you read when someone uses social media to get back at a company for their own personal reasons. There is always two sides to a negative post. I say this as a consumer in no way affiliated with Alpha Turf NW!I have referred this company to neighbors, family and even contractors who have come to my home for other work. I would recommend them over and over again they stand behind their work!

If looking to have synthetic turf installed, your wasting time looking to have anyone other than Alpha Turf NW do it- from the office manager Joy setting up a timely quote, to Tyler’s quick response to bid the job-Jaime was in regular contact with me about the process, status of when work would be done and was always more than helpful to answer any questionsThe crew of Levi, Tim and John did an absolutely perfect job- they spent significant time prepping grounds to minimize mess, were beyond friendly, worked hard and the attention to detail cutting in the turf around all my hard scapes was amazing- when job was complete completely cleaned everything up-This is more than a 5 star company- I will definitely be letting everyone I know how great they are and the quality of work they doThanks again for great service, quality product and beyond great work!

While I can’t speak to their workmanship, I can say it is not very professional for their truck to be veering over quickly behind an 18-wheeler and nearly hitting a car before they proceed to tail the car. I nearly got clipped by one of their trucks who decided to tail me from Wilsonville to Tigard and then again near Beaverton. I watched the truck speed around multiple cars and tail whoever was in front or in their way. Whoever was driving the car should try to remember that they are representing their company when they choose to drive aggressively on the freeway.

This company may be great at installing plastic grass. However their website claims they are great to work with and professional. Somehow I find that hard to believe considering one of their drivers (Truck 1) road raged my 11 year old daughter and I for having the temerity to drive 75 in a 65 mph zone in the left lane while passing a tractor trailer. He nearly ran into the passenger door of my vehicle passing me at crazy speed as I tried to merge back into the right lane, swerved his truck toward my car, then pulled in front of us and slammed on his brakes. Thankfully we were okay and also thankfully his arrogance didn’t stop him from doing this while wrapped in his company’s logo. If I ever wanted plastic grass I would not choose this company.

This company killed it! The Eugene team did an amazing job installing turf off my back patio. I looks and feels like real grass. No more dirty dog paws! It’s crazy how real it looks. Their attention to quality installation, attention to detail and clean up after the project completion exceeded my expectations. I have never worked with such an amazing group of people. I’m so happy with my decision to lay turf. Yes, it costs more money, but I’ll never have to water, mow, fertilize and reseed where my dog kills the grass. I highly recommend them if you’re considering turf

Road rage in a company vehicle on I5 shows how little they care about the public or their image. Id never use a company like this anyways and their drivers help reinforce this.

Rod Riverbluff here, aka SS. Just wanted to say, Alpha Turf NW is really great at what they do and have the best artificial grass product. This stuff looks super real and there is no watering. I am glad I do not have to water the lawn anymore. My neighbors love it and it always looks good. My toy poodle, Mr Skippy, loves the grass and its super easy to pick up his poopies now.
