The services my family received at Oregon Community Programs has been a life saver! I dont know where we would be without them and the PCIT program. I felt alone and at the end of my rope before finding them. The program gave our family hope and the tools we needed to succeed. Thank you!

In regards to Kirsten Kelso. If you want a counselor that will advocate for your child look elsewhere. Dishonest when confronted about conduct. Will do or say whatever to save her own skin abs suit the agenda of the agency that pays the bill. Do NOT recommend.Leadership fails to acknowledge and properly investigate misconduct allegations.. Complaint process is a joke. They have no ability to monitor their employees phone logs or emails. This agency works for the state and will advocate for their needs above the needs of the children.

This place does not support fathers being involved in their childrens counseling, my daughters counselers idea of helping is telling my daughters mom to call the police on my daughter , ive asked to speak to the counselor and every time i told i cant , but my daughters mom is in daily contact with her, ive told this place to stop having her mom call the police and call me , i never have any behavioral problems with my daughter, this is just another place allienating fathers and hurting children, ive ben waiting for 3 weeks now for a call back, fathers are just as important as a mom

This program has so much turn over with “therapists” being fired or quitting plus the complete lack of communication is appalling. Do not use this program, there are plenty of counseling services in the area that will serve you and your family much better.

Wonderful support from this program, many many layers of support. From the Program Supervisors, Skills trainers, and Therapists (family and individual) everyone is working hard for the kids in their programs. The transformation of the kids who are willing to put in the work in this program is amazing.

Being a foster parent with Oregon Community Programs has been a transformative experience for us as a family. The support and training we’ve received from OCP has made us a stronger family. Seeing our foster youths grow, thrive, and go on into their futures with hope has been such a privilege and pleasure. If you’ve *ever* thought about becoming a foster parent, learn more about this program. It changes kids’ lives for the better.OCP welcomes families, foster parents, and youth of all races, genders, faiths, cultures, and sexual orientations. Married, single, with or without children - almost anyone can be a foster parent. More homes are needed for LGBT youth, who are at higher risk of suicide and homelessness without support.
