I almost don’t even want to tell you guys about how amazing this clinic is because you’re all going to read this and go book up all the best appointment times 😋 In all seriousness though, at Options Counseling they’re incredible at what they do and I would encourage anyone to get some counseling here! If you’re looking for your sign that you’re ready for therapy… this is it. You can feel the passion that all of the counselors, therapists and office staff here have for their clients. Its truly a breath of fresh air. Getting started was pleasantly simple for me, so for once I didn’t get overwhelmed and end up dipping out on the whole process like I have in the past when I tried therapy. I also really appreciate the way they do the first appointment. A therapisy will do an assessment with you that touches on every category of life with series of questions that they’ll ask you… so you can be sure they will touch on all of the areas of your mind that deserve some focus. 🧘🏽‍♀️ Much love to you all, we are not alone. 🤗 Air hugs

Poorly ran. Inconsistent and unreliable. Today marks the 5th time in a row that they have called and needed to reschedule my wife and daughters appointments. For people who are just starting counseling and scared to start, this is absolutely unacceptable. Imagine having severe anxiety and fear about your upcoming first appointment, just to get a call the day before to reschedule to go through it all over again!!! 2 times they just didn’t call AT ALL! Watching my wife squirm with anxiety awaiting the few minutes before her appointment and then nothing. No call, no email. TWICE! That was blamed on a “new counselor who didn’t know the ropes.” So we gave them the benefit of the doubt and then when they called today I have just completely lost all faith in that place. If you have options other than Options, I would highly recommend starting elsewhere. Cant imagine how much worse a mental health establishment could be.

Great staff! Reception is friendly and efficient. Lisa is awesome! I always come away with positive actions I can easily apply. Parking can be tricky, being on time to appointments helps with that a lot

Just Got off the phone with them trying to set up an appointment for myself and my family for Therapy. I was greeted by a person that had no knowledge of services they had to offer and would even get past the part that they have no openings. I replied I would like to set up an appointment and that I was not looking to just walk in... then I was cut off and told they dont know when they will have any openings and that would need to call in daily to see if there were any openings. The gist of what I was being told was On a day to day basis we find out if we have an opening and if we do then we schedule an appointment 2 weeks from that date Ok got it... but do you know my situation or my needs as far as counseling would go? She didnt seem to give one single @@@@ and when I realized i was basically talking to a sheet of paper I asked if there were any other places locally I might be able to call to set up an appointment... she didnt sound like she had the time. Ya... this place is nothing like the website portrayed. Seems like a place you go to when your state ordered if you catch my drift. Counseling Staff more than likely having a less than caring attitude similar to their phone staff. Great Times

Ive been going to Options for medication management and counseling for 6 years. Ive had nothing but a positive and useful experience there. My psych provider is beyond amazing and I will be going to him until ether he retires or I move out of the area. My therapist is competent, professional and has never treated me like an idiot. The DBT group therapy has been helpful and informative. The psychiatrist who runs it takes it seriously and is good at getting everyone to participate and learn something. The receptionists, even when a new person comes in, are professional and to the point. Frankly,Ive had nothing but a positive and welcoming experience there and will continue to go there until my providers are no longer there.

My therapist saved my life. I was taught great coping mechanisms and Im so grateful for having had the amazing therapist I did. Options staff is lovely and very kind and welcoming.

The people their are very professional and it is a clean environment. I enjoy the visits with them. Very helpful

I had a great therapist who reminded me how to ground myself and feel centered. Highly recommend.

They have saved my life and I am ever so grateful for their help and the staff are wonderful. Been going there for maintenance for the last 8 years. Im very happy

It was a waste of time and effort. While my therapist was good, the psychiatric nurse practitioners did not read my file or listen to what I had to say. Even after having a negative reaction to the medication he placed me on.

Really good with kids. They give parents tools too.

Love them they work with me on all aspects of my mental health. They have more options for help with meds, counseling, and help with looking for resorces

Knowledgeable staff. Med providers not always easy to find in Eugene.

People treat you right and respectful of your privacy

I would have given it 5 stars because I think the counselors are great that I have met so far, but the other staff comes across rude and easily annoyed at times... reception needs to work on being courtesy and kind

Worst experience ever. The Staff is rude and the therapists have no clue. If you need meds you talk to some kid PA in Salem via SKYPE. Kinda a joke.

I was given a counselor for children that actually had me coloring in a color book. Need i say more....
