Called a day ahead to reserve equipment. Showed up at said scheduled time to rent equipment. Gentlemen in the yard was beyond rude, equipment wasnt ready and he acted as if I was the problem. After waiting for 15 minutes and still getting attitude we spun back around and got a refund and went elsewhere.I understand being short staffed, but how a customer is treated can make said customer be patient, or never come back. I dont deal well with attitudes.

Sunbelt rentals is a great place to rent equipment that you simply cant buy. Its more cost-effective to rent everything from ditch diggers, excavators, gradalls, insulation vacuums, scissor lifts and a lot more they even have safety equipment which is a necessity on any job site I always call some belt rentals first because they take the time to explain everything I need to know. Thank you ..!

These people gave me a great piece of equipment at the best price.. Got rental insurance (some places I called dont offer it. They want you to be liable for any damages. No thanks!!) Used it for 3 days at the price of one.. Best deal I could find!!

I needed a genorator for a large community event. I called every rental company in the area, no one had what I needed for my event date. Sunbelt really worked to ensure they had just what I needed. They were concise, professional and helped me with any thing I needed. I would definitely recommend them. I have dealt with other rental companies and have always got a shaddy feeling. Called 3 times to rent equipment. Only heared excuse after excuse of why I was never called back and why they couldnt get the equipment from salem yo eugene within in two weeks. I tried downloading the app and it crashed repeatedly. I tried to explain my experience to the front desk manager and she said I was rude and insensitive to a death in their workgroup. ??? Again, another excuse for not being able to provide your root service? I tried to politely give constructive feedback and was instead treated like my concern was not valid. Sunbelt rentals acts big, but is operationally not mature when it comes to logistics or customer service. My company will not rent from them again.

You can tell the guy that comes out to fork lift the rental to your truck doesnt think he gets paid enough. On two separate occasions he acted annoyed and rushed.
