I have been going to see Yahsolait for over a year now and have never had one complaint. She is always professional and prompt, knowledgeable and kind. She offers a tranquil office and soothing music, she always reminds me of after care (never had one infected follicle) and I have referred some close friends to her as well.I’ve been to another electrologist who wasn’t nearly as professional and didn’t instruct me on the prep work as Yahsolait had, I think it made a world of difference.

Rose Electrolysis is a great place to get your electrolysis done. Shes genuinely friendly and fun to talk to, and the results so far are great!She also discourages tipping and says her prices are what she wants to be paid, which makes the whole payment process that much more painless.I definitely plan to keep going until my face is hair-free!

Had a great experience here! Yahsolait is really nice and gentle, and the cleanser she uses doesnt dry or irritate your skin. Easy to get an appointment time that worked for me, and the location is quiet and had lots of parking available.

My experience was far from satisfactory. The owner is an unfortunate combination of self satisfied and marginal competence. She was late for the scheduled time, officious and flustered, all at once. Three of my approximately fifteen follicles were infected for over two weeks. When I attempted to schedule a follow up appointment she referred me other practitioners. I am in the building she works in on a weekly basic, which gives a first hand view of the foot traffic. The story that she’s scheduled out is simply not credible.

She is so great! I was looking for permanent hair removal, but didn’t know where to start; she is kind and explained the process of electrolysis for permanent hair removal. She is very professional, but also fun to talk to if you want to talk during the appointment. Whenever I have questions, she always gives me great explanations so that I always know what’s going on. She always tries her best to make you feel comfortable and gives tips to reduce pain. It’s a process, but it’s so worth it. I’m so happy with the progress we’ve made and am even thinking about getting permanent removal done on other areas.I would HIGHLY recommend going to her if you need hair removal done (:

She is also genuinely fun to be around, in part because of her sensitivity to her clients needs; she can fill the room with fascinating conversation or peaceful relaxation.She is an ally to the transgender community in every sense of the word, willing and wanting to learn, respectful and supportive. I have been her client for a year and I do not hesitate to recommend her to any of my community. I am extremely happy with my results, 10/10 would zap again!

Yahsolait is a Godsend for me! I have PCOS and finally felt comfortable to seek out some treatment early last year and stumbled across her practice, and I am so glad I did.
