I rented a lawnmower, it worked great. People were nice and helpful.

I rented a 31hp stump grinder that was awesome! It went through a madrone stump and several Doug Fir stumps with ease.It alresdy sat on its own trailer and it was efficient in and out at the HD.

It was great really easy and they are pretty honest

Taylor was easy to work with. I rented the brush hog which was a great choice because had I tried to mow that field with a regular mower it would have taken three days the brush hog was easy to use and was fairly inexpensive. If you need a tool anything from a drill to a tile cutter to Lawn Care maintenance Home Depot tool rental is four stars from me I would have given five stars but I waited in line a little bit too long. My husband and myself were in renting some tools today and the young man that helped us was wonderful even after being swamped! But after we witnessed him being berated for being too busy to answer phones by who we assume was a manager, he seemed flustered. We would rather support a company that cares for their team and helps each other to succeed. We are keeping that employee in our prayers tonight.

Its a Home Depot tool rental center. The staff are nice and friendly. I had an issue with one tool and they got me swapped out right away so I could finish my project without any issues. Ive rented a few more times with the same great service when doing the rental and after I return. I really enjoy going here for tool rentals

Equipment is usually in good condition and the prices are fair. Open on Sundays is a bonus.

What the hell? They dont even answer the phone! You call and then it rings forever or they tell you how important your call is and give you a message telling you to wait and you wait forever! Call tool rental, no one answers. What kind of business is run that way? Makes me want to try to find other places to do business with as much as possible. Rude and a big waste of time! And they give you no way to reserve tools on top of it, so first you have to call, pray you get through, you usually dont, i see if a tool is there so you dont waste a trip and then you just hope someone doesnt beat you to it and you waste a trip. Outrageous!. This kind of stuff happens every time I call. Even when I call the service desk.

Always easy to get in and out fast. Great rental equipment like tractor, trailers, yard equipment, and more. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Not my favorite store in the past due to unknowledgeable reps, but actually every experience Ive had in this particular store in the past year that I can recall was really good, and Im in at least once every couple of weeks. Mostly had what I needed. People knew where things were and were friendly. And to top it off, yesterday I brought in the Ryobi weedwhacker that quit on me two months in, no receipt, no packaging, expecting to be told to go **** myself, and their rental guy--Trevor--FIXED the damn thing. Quickly. I mean, really, I was in and out in 5 minutes. And he was friendly and polite, didnt make assumptions about what I did and didnt know (as a woman in a hardware store, I especially appreciate this) and explained what had probably happened (and Id hunted the forums for ages and tried everything on this with no success), and how to prevent it in the future. ...No really, Im pretty pleased with this store.

The folks were mostly friendly, and the equipment I rented was in working order, but the stuff they sent me away with was not correct for the job. The advice they advertised didnt serve me well. I can live with that, and the project was ok in the end, but when they refused to credit me for a $5 application pad because I didnt have the receipt - after spending $730 - that convinced me to use Jerrys next time.
