Repairing laptops is not a skill set that I possess and it is difficult to trust anyone since there are so many hackers out there, however, I believe that Randy delivered exactly what he promised and more. Someone else could have charged for a virus scan but this honest guy told me there were no viruses but he could make my laptop perform better with an upgraded hard drive for $15 more. It works great, I have no doubts about what he did to my laptop and I believe that the price I paid is fair.

Randy has complete 4 or 5 repairs on my computers over the last couple years. He also installed Crucial drives in two of my computers and cloned them from my old hard drive so I did not have to reinstall all my programs. His work is fast and effective. The charges for the work are always reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I had an unknown issue with my PC, I could not get it to start. They were able to figure out the issue and fixed it without trying to upsell me on anything like some other places do. He gave me some recommendations on what I could do to improve my PC performance but didnt push me into making a commitment. The hours posted are reliable and the only trouble I had was figuring out where to go when I arrived.

What a nice man! I took my laptop in because the charger had suddenly stopped working. The employee (dont know his name) plugged in one of his charging adapters, and sure enough, my laptop began charging again. Thankfully all I have to do is buy a new charger, and the man suggested some places I try. I asked what I owed him for the service but he said nothing. If and when I need real repairs done to my computers, I know where I will be taking my business. Thank you, Simplified Computing!

I have now gone here for laptop repairs twice, being extremely satisfied with both of my visits. The first time I cracked my screen a couple years ago I sent an email to multiple computer places with my laptops detail and what I needed done (screen replacement); Randy at Simplified Computing was the first to respond (also the same day) with a quote and time estimate. Most other places never responded or took 3-5 days to reply, at which point I had already taken it in. Randy fixed my laptop and returned it to me in the estimated time frame and for the same price he originally quoted in his email.My second time was just recently (picked up my laptop today). Same issue (I cracked the touchscreen). I was originally at batteries plus getting my cell phone battery replaced and checked if they could do my laptop screen too which they could not. So before I gave them my cell I googled laptop repair near me and found Simplified Computing to be the closest. As I walked in the building I quickly realized I had been there before and after meeting with Randy again I was more than confident he could repair my screen again. Once again both the time frame and estimate he quoted were accurate. While I hope NOT to damage my laptop screen again if I do I am definitely taking it back here. I highly reccomend him and was happy to be a chance return customer, and knowing my track record probably a future customer in a year or so...

I have been looking for A computer repair shop for a while. I tried Simplified Computing and am very pleased. My hard drive needed to be replaced with an SSD. Talk about FAST zoom done. I love it and quite reasonable on cost. I DO recommend Simplified Computing If you want fast service and done right the first time.
