I’m from a local business here in Eugene. Catalyst has been our MSP for several months now. I am really disappointed with our current support, or lack there of. Customer service is horrible, takes several hours or days to respond. Spoke to the main Owner Allen, very rude and degrading. Failed to fix our issue. Will be moving to a new MSP.
