As is often the case, I heard about them via word of mouth. On my first visit I was greeted by Lisa who right off the bat made me feel that I came to the right place for some much-needed tlc on my Honda generator. Not only was she personable, but also quite knowledgeable and very informative about the care and feeding of my generator.When I picked the generator up today, Bill (I assume it was he) was likewise friendly, informative and helpful - 2 very nice people that run a very professional repair service...and the price is honest and more than fair.

If I could give a minus 10 rating I would. Called and tried to find out about a warranty on a Briggs n Stratton motor that’s defaulted. Asked “Lisa” some questions and was answered in a very condescending tone. She kept talking over me then unprofessionally said “your done” and hung up. Called another place that covers my warranty and they answered all my questions and will be fixing the issue today, same day! Lisa has been reported to the BBB and the issue will be brought up at my next Chamber Of Commerce Meeting.

Recently moved back to Eugene and had to have the seasonal tune up on our commercial walk behind. They provided me a loaner for the 2 weeks it took to get the service completed. Very reasonable price for the repair, and even sharpened the blade. Great local option, and would suggest them to anyone. Remember it is a small shop, so they can get a bit busy...which to me means that they are trusted and popular.

Ive been dealing with Bill and Lisa for as long as I can remember. Im 69, so you can judge my memory for yourself, but its not too bad......... took my Stihl BR600 leafblower in a few days ago and got it back today..........HOLY COW, this thing blows into next week..........Thank you for a GREAT job, as always. Took our table saw in for warranty repair work. They fixed the problem, but we still had another issue with the blade properly retracting after the initial repair. We called. They said bring it in and well repair it while you wait (We are 2 hours away from them.) We were very pleased they took the time to correct the problem right away. The saw is humming perfectly!

Bait and switch on lawn mower repair! They will try to charge you for what they clearly state is included in their repair tune-up package!

Ive brought a few things to them after my failed attempts at mechanicing. They are always friendly, have fair pricing, and do excellent work. Theyll give you solid advice on how to keep your small engine running properly so you dont have to bring it back. I highly recommend.

Been there twice. They dont understand customer friendly to start. I got the feeling it was an inconvenience for them to help me. Plus sweeping or doing other minor tasks seem to be more important than the customer waiting. Second it is small engine repair shop yet they dont work on leaf blowers or weed eater motors.

Bill and the gang do a great job for our needs. Everything is taken care of in a timely way. They are always willing to take on extra work loads as well as getting things fixed and working quickly. If i could give 0 stars I would. Called hoping to get a vacuum/pressure test on a 461 stihl. Lady said she owns the place, and that that was too much work for them. Said they could do it uf they could do the entire repair. They want to rip you off for parts and labor. I am very polite and a business owner. The owner is not nice, and does not wish to serve customers, but rather her pocket. Stay away from Eugene Power Tool.

He sharpened the lawn mower blades without me asking. I have been to 2 other places in Springfield in the past 3 years and that wasnt done. Also, since my mower was working, but needed some repairs he made a reservation for me to bring it in when he could actually work on it...instead of letting it sit for a week before looking at it. I like that. It s things like this that will make me come back in future years if I need repairs.
