Blaine 6801 was very professional and took the time to explain the plumbing work. He the explanation repeated as needed so I could understand the work being performed. The best part he did all the talking to homeserve, and I didnt have to pay a penny.

He was very friendly and courteous to both my family and our neighbors that he encountered. He explained all his work and made sure I understood what was being performed. Justin (6055) fixed our sink today. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had great customer service. I dont know a lot about plumbing; he made all of the information very easy to understand, which I appreciated. I love when we are able to find businesses that care just as much about the customers feeling good about the experience as they do about giving a superior product. There needs to be more people and businesses like that!Christina (0888) from customer service also helped me. She was very sweet and answered all of my questions. My water heater had an issue. Called them up and I got someone quickly. He accessed the problem and gave me options. He explained my options very clearly and did his job efficiently. I spoke with a representative at the call center. She said someone would be calling me to schedule an appointment to have my sewer line looked at with a camera. That was 5 days ago and still no call. Hopefully the company is extra busy and they dont need my job. Maybe thats why no one has called!?? I have since had my lines looked at and jetted and very pleased with the company who DID get back to me :)

Matt was great! Last year we installed a nee water heater and this year the pilot light kept going out. We called the manufacture and Reem water heaters had a failed part. We ordered the part and when it arrived, Matt came and repaired it. He told us exactly what he needed to do and did it. He was kind and professional. Matt wrote up a bid and I knew the exact cost before he started the work. He completed it just in time for family guests to arrive.

Absolute garbage service. They may have a high rating but from my experience I would suggest you look for a local business plumber instead of this company. These guys wanted to break my floors and wall because of a burst pipe in my wall. Wanted to charge me $6000+ since they couldnt know how much it will really cost until they look inside the wall. If people give good rating on this it might be because they dont know theyre being ripped off. What a scam. I fixed it for a fraction of the cost and only needed one long copper pipe. The wall didnt need to be destroyed nor the floor. What a joke.

I discovered two separate leaks under my kitchen sink which made it basically unusable. I contacted multiple plumbers & almost all were booked out a week or more. Roto Rooter was able to come out the following day. The team showed up on time, looked at my issues, provided an estimate (which they came in slightly under), & got everything replaced/repaired within about 2 hours. Probably not the cheapest option, but for the convenience & quality of work, worth it! I was pleased with the service provided & would use them again in the future.

This older sewer system was basically completely clogged and many pipes were corroded. It was a much bigger job than we had anticipated. Our technicians Blaine and Caleb worked very hard and completed the job much sooner than we thought. Not only did they work hard and fast but also did excellent work. We wish that all work that we contract out was done with this level of professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter as a company and our technicians Blaine and Caleb as excellent examples of how work can and should be done.

Matthew (4439) and Kevin (5040). We’re great!! Matthew explained everything well and both were very pleasant to have in our house to complete repairs. Matthew gave us options that we had to fix the pipe. I do believe the cost was pretty expensive but something that had to be done. I would use Roto-Rooter again.

They were very amazing, I bought this house after deployment from the Middle East and unfortunately the previous owners had a lot of sink lines and pipes that were out dated, my fiancé and I were heading out to her graduation party from nursing school and all hell broke loose, the bath started backing up, my sink, my disposal cracked from pressure and everything I did such as snaking the drains, plunging, and taking apart the sink did not work , I called this company and they made it out the same day and were very honest about the type of work that needed done and the gentleman was honest about the best ways to go about things to save money, they didn’t force product on me, on unnecessary work to make extra money, they did their best and after a few hours of work everything was finished! Strongly recommend this company !

Dishonest and untrustworthy they charged me for services that were not performed also used my house broom to sweep up their mess and tried to borrow my chemical sprayer I use for landscaping to apply their mold inhibitor until I told them I use weed kill in it charged me for after hr. Cleanup after rescheduling with me because they couldnt make it on time I also asked was it a extra charge and they lied and told me no didnt wear booties or a mask that states they would be covid compliant

Never used Roto Rooter before and was extremely pleased with the result. Justin 6055 was knowledgeable and professional and on time. He knifed my main drain successfully. I called at 9:00 at night and they were here at 9:30 the next morning. (It was not an emergency) I loved this response! What a pleasant experience!

The technician did a great job! There was a problem with scheduling however. I called and was given a three hour window the day before. No one showed up and no one called to notify us. We called and didn’t receive a return call until a few hours later.

Caleb 1401 and Mike 5372 spent the whole day over installing a new kitchen sink, brand new toilet, snaking outside access drains, and every other plumbing related odds and ends I could think of. They were thorough, did high quality professional work, and kept everything under budget. They were both very knowledgeable and acted as professionals the entire job. We have used RotoRouter twice now and are very pleased. It may be a little more expensive than a local plumber 🤷 but we have had bad experiences with local plumbers and RotoRouter has proven to be reliable!! The first time they came, they even cleaned the mess left by the previous plumber. This time, not surprisingly, the service was done in a friendly, kind, informative, not to mention competent way. A solid bet, for sure!
