The office staff is very friendly. They greet you with a smile. The waiting room is clean. Patients are socially distant. Wait time is brief. Dental staff is friendly, knowledgeable and interested in your health. The staff takes time to remember and chat about details from the last visit. The staff makes you feel confident that dental needs are being met. The staff is professional and up to date on modern procedures. They really show concern to answer all questions thoroughly.

Absolutely the best dental experience that I’ve had in many years. Having searched all over Lake and Geauga County for a dentist that actually knows what they’re doing it was a huge blessing to let Hudec Dental work on my teeth. Today I had my first dental cleaning with Hanna. I had a great experience. Hanna was very friendly and efficient. She explained everything she was doing and how she developed her techniques. I felt confident in her procedures. Happy we chose Hudec for our dental needs.

I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist, so much that it has been YEARS since I went regularly. I am now almost a full year in to getting back on track with my oral health (which included some intense dental work and deep cleanings). Everyone at Hudec Dental has been absolutely wonderful every step of the way, especially Hannah who has gone out of her way to earn must trust and confidence! I can honestly say, I’m no longer afraid of the dentist and would 100% recommend.

That was the best oral check up I ever had and he was so through and gave me his honest opinion . And the price wasn’t bad either. I’ve had such bad experiences lately with dentist it’s about time I caught a break with people with integrity. So I’m sold..

The Hygentist who cleaned performed excellent skills in her ability to clean my teeth. The Doctor who examined my teeth after the cleaning did an excellent job answering questions and giving me information. The young lady who set up my next dental appointment did a good job as well.

I selected this dental location because of the convenience and proximity to my home. Everyone at this location was very nice, friendly, and utilized all PPE procedures. Each individual took the time to explain what steps they were taking, and reviewed X-rays and answered my questions fully. I would recommend Hudec Dental Associates to my friends.

Had a great appointment with Dr. Katharotiya and Annette. He was really great - very little pain from the initial anesthetic shot and the fillings were super quick. What really meant a lot to me was that he took extra time to repair a chip on my front tooth. I look so much better now and I really appreciate that he did that for me.

I had an appointment yesterday at the Euclid office, and the experience was PHENOMENAL. The staff was courteous and professional and the office environment was clean and presentable. My first appointment was so pleasant I decided to take my kids there. My kids haven’t been to the dentist in a while but when they got there the people working there were so nice to them making them feel very comfortable. I wish I was better at names because it was specific ones that were a great pleasure. All of the receptionists were absolutely great. I think everyone working there should receive raises because they all did a lovely job. My dentist and my kids seen dr Mickles I believe her name was and she was so knowledgeable and patient. It was first dentist experience in a long time and they made it easier to come back.

I was scared to death of the pain associated with a deep clean...However HANNAHHHH did an amazing job..she was so kind and carrying..she was very gentle and patient..along with being very knowledgeable on what she was doing..I was sooo relieved...she gave me a follow up plan and appointment...and let me know if I needed anything I could call her or email..Im glad to have found my new hygienist...and the front desk staff was super nice and accommodating..I never have to be so afraid of a deep clean again...She numbed me up so wonderfully that I hardly felt anything anddddd my teeth are so clean and nice...THANKS HUDEC..THANKS HANNAH in euclid)))😁😁😁😁😁❤

Coming from California as a pediatric dentist I would say we were extremely fortunate to have him to do an emergency baby root canal and filling on her. I have been going to Hudec over 10 years. I must say the best staff ever! Dr Mickles is phenomenal and RDH Hannah is the best that Ive ever experienced when getting my teeth cleaned. She is attentive, gentle and patient so much so that I could have taken a nap (considering my issues with sensitivity). I would recommend

I have called the office in Mentor and have requested appointments through their website and Im still waiting. An operator called me once and stated it was first come first serve and that they would call me when something opened. This was back in July of 2019.... DO NOT GO HERE!! It seems that they do not want new patients

The staff and doctors are nice and friendly but after having a number of things done in one day my mouth was sure to hurt I was given Tylenol3 and ip the next morning I woke up with the worst pain in my stomach called hudec explained the situation and was told to stop taking the meds . Even tho I was in pain I was told Advil or something over the counter will work well fast forward a week later and I’m in more pain then I was before having teeth work done and the over the counter medication isn’t working so I called again because dec. 14 I’m to have teeth pulled next well I explained to them the pain is unbearable and wakes me up every night and both seems to help I was told I needed to use ice bags to hold on my face that it’ll help and that more IV Profen could be called in for me even after the fact I have stated multiple times it’s not working I finally got annoyed and hung up I will be canceling my appointment and finding a dentist that cares about the patient’s because I have been miserable ever since I got it done

Pleasant staff but the dentist wouldn’t tell me what the procedure would be like for my root canal. Has anyone had a root canal here before? If so how did they numb you?

Im fairly new to this location, which in its self can be terrifying. That feeling was quickly put at ease by the the staff. As soon as you come in there is always someone there with a smile ready to help you. They get you checked in right away, even when you show up an hour early, even so the wait is never too long , Its a very welcoming feeling. The ladies who are always moving back there in their awesome pink scrubs are super nice and attentive. Dr. Mickels is amazing, every time i have come in she welcomes me with a great personality. She puts me at ease, being able to have fun chats even when there is a needle coming my way. With her i know I have nothing to worry about. She does an amazing job, always keeping the clients well being in mind no matter what she does. After my car accident it was hard to feel like myself again, but thanks to her Im starting to get that bit of confidence back, she just doesnt know how grateful I am to her. There are also two ladies i wanna give praise to as well but i am terrible with names. The first lady, shes super energetic, she did my x-rays on my first visit and help with my root canal the last time i came to visit. She is always so bubbly and kind, i can tell she really dedicated! The other lady ( I feel so bad i cant remember her name) especially after we sat through 7 fillings together, she was amazing. She was so nice and careful, she def. knows how to get you to smile(no pun intended), and if youve gotta pee just let her know, i promise shell let you go! All the ladies who work here are great and they should all keep up the amazing work that they do. Thank you HudecP.S. Never had a fill - in so poorly done and painful and it’s been months. My nerves are much more sensitive. The doctor mentioned to the hygienist they ran out of fill-In material and after me that was it while they were working on me. However I got a feeling some corners were cut anyhow. The needles were more painful than the numbing for my bottom wisdoms done at metro. I mean it felt like the needles went through my cheek out to the other side. I pray another place can undo the poor job. Also a piece wasn’t molded right in the back and it came off while I was flossing.Update - they said they can’t find me as a patient. But a day after I post this, I get a reminder that I’m over due for an appointment. How sway.

I needed a root canal and a crown. Today was my first time visiting Hudec. Everyone was extremely friendly which helped remove the fear I had of getting the procedure done. I definitely will be recommending Hudec in Euclid to everyone! 😊

I absolutely love the Euclid office. Dr. Lee was amazing made me feel calm when he numbed me and when giving me the news that I had to get a filling. Carla the office manager is also amazing she worked with me diligently to get my insurance to approve my partials. She was patient with me even when I got frustrated and they always see me within 10 minutes of my appointments. Unfortunately I did not get the womans name who did my impressions for my partials and filling. She was absolutely amazing. Our conversation was all positive and her work was even more amazing. After my impression and filling she put moisturizer on my lips because of course all my had rubbed off during the process. That has never happened, that little gesture made me very happy. Would not let me schedule an appointment, told me to call daily for an opening. When I called they had me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up.

Horrible service. Been a customer for years and it has gone all the way downhill. They didn’t want me to pay with my own cash because they only wanted to use my insurance even though it’s active they couldn’t get a breakdown from insurance company. Waste of time. Never going back.

I cannot recommend this office and staff highly enough. An emergency brought me in during the end of a busy day and on the beginning of the weekend. Not only did the staff go out of their way to fit me in, but they went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was positive. The atmosphere of caring and compassion is what sets this office apart from any other dentist that I’ve been to, and I’m so grateful that I found them. Thank you!

While Doctor Lee and Dedena are the most professional caring staff members at this location. The front of office staff members leave much to be desired. One staff member stared at me at my first visit as if i had the plague. My appointment was scheduled for 8 am and was informed to arrive 15 minutes early. Which I did only to find out that the office did not open the doors until 8 am and the staff member who opened the door did do with an attitude. This is the same staff member who then proceeded to stare me down while I waited for and hour and forty minutes for my scheduled 8 am appointment. The office manager the said all issues stemmed for being short staffed. The office manager stated that she sent me several emails which I never received. The only way and of my issues where addressed appropriately was when I called the corporate headquarters.

Dr. Mickles and her staff went way above and beyond to address my dental needs. They were thorough with my exam and very clear about the recommended treatment plan and its cost. As an aside, they were also very friendly.

I would give a five but i only went for an exam and havent truly experienced full servicing yet, but the facility was clean all the workers looked professional and neat and i was in and out in a timely fashion.. the dentist was a very nice younger women (Dr. Mickles)who explained everything well about the steps i needed to take for saving my tooth.Carla was very friendly we had a nice short conversation

The staff is very nice and the Dentist was very understanding. Im not sure why this place has gotten so many bad reviews on Google. I even waited until I had two visits before reviewing just to make sure I was giving an honest review. The Dentist went out of her way to calm me (as I am highly afraid of Dentists) and was very professional. She stayed calm and explained everything I needed to know about what she was going to do. I had no problems here and will definitely go back again.

Review after review when a customer complains you state I could not find you in our system. Dr. Mickles could not determine if I need filings or root canal. I found that strange she was asking me my thoughts . She had x rays and viewed it herself. Maybe she needs more experience.

My appointment was at 1:10 I arrived on time and was never seen! My daughter was able to be seen after waiting some 30 minutes. I informed the young lady we had some where to be at 3. She told me it was unlikely I would be able to be seen if they took me too! It was only one hygienist working that day!!!! Never again! Needless to say I’m searching for a new family dentist. I gave them 2 stars because the office staff was kind.
