Needed a refrigerator repair and when Dave returned my call I explained the problem and he actually walked me through how to fix it myself! No expensive service call! It was a pleasure speaking to a gentleman who treated me like an equal. Should I require appliance services in the future he will be the first and only person I call!

I am so grateful to Dave for saving me a fee for visit by asking pertinent questions to determine if it would be cost effective to repair my dishwasher. He spent 45 minutes researching the model of my Bosch appliance and found that not only was it not feasible financially to repair the washer, but more importantly, it had been recalled for spontaneous combustion! He advised me to either unplug it or shut off the circuit breaker, which of course I did. ( I have never before had a service person attempt to save me the cost of a visit by troubleshooting on the phone)I will definitely call Dave Ds Appliance Service in the future when I have a repair need, and recommend him highly!!!

Be aware of this guy he has a protective order against him, you can look it up on maryland.gov court records.i found this out,by doing a search on Angies list so I went with a different company.

The broiler in my oven stopped working. I called a few places, and was SHOCKED at the prices some charged just to step foot in my home. Every place I called had an outrageous fee, plus parts (marked up of course) and an hourly rate (to be discussed after the $200 walk in your door fee).I called DaveD and set up an appointment for the following day. His fee was less than half of the competitors, he had the part I needed on his truck, so there was no extra hourly fee, and he fixed another item at no extra charge... and the part was not marked up either! Dave and his son showed up on time, were very professional and friendly.Btw, Dave worked at one of the other appliance businesses as their master technician for over 2 decades before going into business for himself. I’m mentioning this because he has the experience, his prices are extremely fair, his work is top notch, he is reliable, plus he is a local and family man who is passing down his knowledge to his son.I am so grateful that there are still honest hard working people out there who do not try to profit off of other honest, hard working people. I will use DaveD for all of my future appliance repair needs, and I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone I hear needs an appliance fixed!

My dryer was leaving black marks on my clothes. I had called Dave Ds Appliance Repair, and that day Dave came out and looked at my dryer. I was so excited that he had the part for my dryer on his truck! But he had explained sometimes he can usually get the part in fast if he doesnt have it on his truck. Dave fixed my dryer in no time! Then we got the bill...It was actually reasonable...I was shocked! Dave even cleaned up after himself when the job was over. I used my dryer and no more black mark!! Yay I am very happy and I WILL BE using Dave again and recommending Dave Ds Appliance Service to all my friends and family! Thanks Dave!!!

Started using Dave for appliance repairs in some of our rentals. Dave communicated well with me, as well as communicating with my tenant. So far, ive had a great experience with him and will continue to use him for our appliance repair needs.

Came out same day for our washer and did a great job within 30 mins for a great price ! Would highly recommend !
