Ok for the price. I had to call them within a week to correct an issue. They showed up right away in fairness. Get more than one estimate and sleep on it. Id signed a contract and they wouldnt let me out.

Would not recommend at all customer service talks disrespect to customers.

I just had a wonderful first experience with Preferred Elevator. I contacted them less than 24 hours ago, in need of a repair for my residential elevator which I need due to the fact that I am a paraplegic who uses a wheelchair full-time. Dana in their office was extremely helpful and put me in touch with the service scheduler, Ken, within an hour. This morning, my extremely knowledgeable technician Nate arrived on time and had me back up and running in about an hour or so.Other companies I have used and to whom I reached out for this repair either were no longer servicing residential elevators, or couldnt even think about coming to my home for at least a week or two - not logistically feasible for this independent, active mom of two young children. In contrast, Preferred Elevators employees respected the fact that my elevator isnt a luxury, but a true necessity for me so that I can live as self-sufficiently as possible. They helped us avoid what would have been an incredibly stressful situation by squeezing us in so quickly.We plan to build a relationship with Preferred Elevator from here on out via a service plan, and are truly grateful that weve found a company that doesnt just install an elevator and then leave you hanging on future service/maintenance, but instead sees the importance of helping customers keep this rather expensive investment to their homes in good working order.
