Its not always easy to be a go between, especially when the transaction is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. But that is where I found myself. A dear friend of 40 years, who struggles with long term health issues, had to sell the house she inherited from her Father. I told the whole, warts and all, story to Brian Sullivan.
