Great printer repair, fixed my printer and got my business back up and running.

Hate to see low scoring reviews when I had excellent results with Pax repairing my Epson SC P600 printer. Repairs were completed within estimated timeframe. Repair fixed the issue I was having.

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received with a company. We were charged $300 for a service call fee to come out and fix our printer. I was told by Peter that a print head needed to be ordered in order for the printer to be fixed. He was at my office for a maximum of 1 hour. He said the $300 would cover any future visits to repair my printer, he only charges service fees once. Ok great. I paid him the $300 and told him iI would contact him when I would get the part in. About a week later I received the part and I called to schedule him to come back. He told me he WOULDNT come back out and that the service fee was a service fee. I guess he was upset that he couldnt tack on an additional $400 to the price of the print head- the print head he TOLD ME TO BUY! I begged him to come back out to fix our printer. He not only refused but he also HUNG UP ON ME! Horrible way to do business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE AS CROOKED AS THEY COME!
