Most times, this store, its employees and the products are perfect. Reasonable cost for food, home goods, competitively priced basics and you can get seasonal items for cheap. All of these stores in Escondido have great merchandise and friendly employees.

Liked it way better than the one by the movie theater and smart and final.

The cards are only $1 and they are great cards, for every occasion. Also, I purchased these great plants for $1.49 each. You can literally buy anything there.

Good location, friendly staff

Parking is tricky. Staff was knowledgeable as to product location. I was in and out quickly on a holiday weekend. The girl clerk, who was doing paperwork and sanitizing the shopping carts was especially helpful. Ill be back!

The best grocery selection you can find at a dollar store.

I loved. All vegetables, milk and eggs are fresh and cheap. The cashiers very nice people. The store very clean. I just loved

Rude staff. Store was not enforcing mask regulations. Watched a blonde employee out in the parking lot gathering up carts and throwing the garbage left in the carts on the ground. Someone who takes pride in where they work would not throw garbage on the ground outside of their employers establishment.

Everytime i got they only have 2 lines open. The store is on the small size and overstocked with boxes in the aisles.

Beware the 3 plants are $2.99 not .99!I bought 3 felt ripped off for tiny plantsno price signs.!!!Spent $9 instead of $3!

Spacious good variety goods. Produces are surprisingly good and I got riped bananas for 25c/lb really good deal. There are many above 99c items which could be confusing...

Starting to more and more items over 99 cents . It may be the reason why there wasnt many Shoppers in the store.

This one is nice. Its clean organized and helpful staff. .99 is always great for everyday deals but what i love their seasonal offerings. Every year I can change my decorations for the various seasons and holidays because the price is reasonable and the quality is decent.

Lots of good stuff. Our family goes here often for a lot of groceries. We often end up spending more than we expected because we find much more than anticipated. One thing to consider is that many of the stick rotates. If you like something there be sure to stock up, it may not be there later.

You have to know that this is a 99 cent store and not expecting something else. That said this one usually has the second best selection in Escondido and tends to be the cleanest. The service is decent, I mean you get what you pay for so keep your expectations reasonable, the five stars are for this category, I do think it I one of the best in the area. Great place for party favors of decorations eso Halloween

I have bought at 99c for more than 15 years and I really enjoy doing it, even though now there is merchandise that goes beyond the legendary 99c. Even so, I will continue buying and recommending this store.

Great Selection Of Miscellaneous Items.

Variety of food is just amazing! Store is clean and the manager asked if I needed any help. Love the choices of goods available. This is my go to store! The Deli manager, Patty, was extra friendly and helpful too.

Had lettuce and carrots and thank you cards.

Its a very well stocked 99cents store with a friendly staff. Parking can be a little difficult at times but if you like a 99 cent stores its a good one

1st timer. Went for wrapping paper and they didnt have a selection. I found a great gift bag as an alternative.
