Sept 28,2021EditedI’m glad I came back and was very satisfied with the outcome. I was able to meet the owner and create a bond with her. She is such a lovely person. Her getting back to me shows how much she genuinely cares about her customers. I will definitely be coming back again.I wanted to try a new place and I came here. The person that did my nails started off friendly but his mood changed. I had asked for short coffin nails and after he cut them it didn’t look short to me, so I told him in a polite way that they seem a bit long and he responded to me with a rude tone that he knew already and was going to fix them. After “fixing them” he asked me if I liked the nail color since they didn’t have the one I originally wanted, so I asked him if he could do a second coat, so I can see if the color was suitable for me on just one nail. He responded with a No, so I just stuck to that one. I was really upset and didn’t bother to say anything else, I just wanted to leave. After he kept putting several coats on my nails, one of them got peeled of and he blamed me saying that I moved my nail. He got really upset and shook his head and just got the nail and topped it with another coat instead of fixing it right. The lady that did my pedicure was friendly and professional, but the man that did my manicure was out of hand.

Jenny, the owner is very sweet. Her staff is amazing. Wendy did my pedicure, shes great almost put me to sleep. And JoAnn did my full set. Shes absolutely into detail. Shes is so quick. These people are all awesome! Dont miss out.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place Ive been to so many nail salons and prestige nailed it literally. I cant stress how helpful and thoughtful they all are beyond the expected customer service. I have a one-month-old that I ended up bringing in with me and everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help me with my daughter as well even with all the commotion my nails still came out stunning. I will definitely keep coming back here and fully recommend.

Every time I come here Amber does an amazing job with my nails!! Love her, this is my natural nail with dipping powder, no smells, no monomer, really nice and delicate for your nails!! 100% recommended!!

I absolutely 💯 adore this place. They are kind professional and its just a great experience. All the ladies here do great work, I had Cindy recently for a fill and she was so sweet and we just chatted away. She did an amazing job my nails are super cute, I highly recommend, Im always telling people to go here because Ive never had a bad time. I sometimes get pedis also and its so relaxing and really accommodating. Even when Ive had to reschedule theyre very good with appointments and walk ins. Its just all around my favorite place Ive been to I cant say enough good stuff♡

Jenny and her whole crew is amazing! Ive been going here for years and the work is flawless. Even after moving to San Marcos, I drive here because the work is so good. Snow is excellent at doing nails!Even when Ive got to other places, they mess it up and I come back and Jenny fixes it. Seriously this place is the best for acrylics and amazing pedicures!

I look forward to my regular appointments at Prestige Nails. My nails are always done beautifully and I always have a great time. As a runner, always training for something, my feet are kept well maintained and no one can believe I put so much strain on my feet and still have them look so perfectly manicured. They also make time for me to walk in for a foot and calf massage when I am in need in between appointments.

Every time I come here I leave satisfied! Jeni is amazing and does the best designs!! Everyone is so friendly and the environment is so upbeat yet relaxing at the same time! When I don’t see Jeni, I got to Ann and she’s amazing as well! Highly highly recommend Prestige Nails!!

I like their registration process. Scheduling with the owner is easy. Take time to note your technicians name so you can ask for her avoid the ones you don’t like. I’ve been here several times. There are some good staff but avoid Lily. She hasn’t improved doing cuticle work on my toes.

Snow did my nails, after two days of having them done, two nails have already popped off and more are lifting. i had a good time while getting them done and left satisfied, but having poor results after only two days makes me question if i should come back.

Laura does a fabulous job. Always so gentle, warm, caring person! Very helpful to put my socks back on. She is the best!

A bit abusive. She didnt seem to understand I have skin attached to my nails. Filed and dremeled away. Also tried to pick a design. Showed her several I wanted to she found one she said she could do. Once it got time to paint, she started showing me other designed, way different than I wanted. Guess she changed her mind about giving me what I wanted. I left with solid color and rubbed raw finger tips.

Vivian gives the best massage on my feet and calves during my pedicure. My pedicures always look beautiful too!

First time customer-not impressed. The worst part was that the owner walked around me and another customer not wearing a mask. She was cleaning and organizing for about 15 minutes without a mask! It seems she takes COVID-19 safety precautions seriously by displaying a notice that you can be fined for not wearing your mask in her salon-I guess she is above the mask mandates and health codes. Her employees clearly noticed the lack of a mask but seemed too afraid to say anything. The salon was clean but the towel used for my service looked like a stained old rag. Of course I noticed nice towels on other stations. The nail tech was nice but seemed bothered by my repeated requests for how I wanted my nails shaped and how thin I wanted them. When I pointed out a piece of glitter that was poking up and asked her to file it off so I wouldnt pick at it, again bothered by me wanting this nail to feel smooth like all the others, she did file it down a little but then told me to just not touch it. For $43 for an acrylic fill and glitter polish I should be able to get what I want. I could work with this nail tech again-maybe but it is the owners behavior and disregard for the mask mandate that is a real turn off. Another worker walked around throughout my visit without a mask also.

Prestige Nails is AMAZING! I have been getting my nails done here for about a year and I have never disappointed. They keep up in all the trends and can do any design.

I am a regular client of Wendys at Prestige Nails, and I recommend this salon and Wendy. I have always been more than satisfied with the service and the expertise. On occasion, I have had others do my nails and have been happy, too, with the outcome. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming.

Prestige Nails is the absolute Best nail salon on the West coast. Jenny did my nails. She is extremely talented and you can tell she has been doing nails for over ten years. They are fun, organized and one of the only nail salon that has a receptionist. This allows the nailTechs to totally focus on the nailsthey are working on. I am extremely picky about my nails and this place is by far the best place I have ever been to. I have found my home. Thank You Jenny for taking such amazing care of me. I LOVE this place.They are extremely clean and have the whole COVID-19 thing figured out. You can tell it is well thought out. Love this place. Amber does a great job everytime I come in. My 7 year old daughter gets her nails done with me and snow is always so sweet to her. Jenni always walks around and talks to all her customers and makes sure they are comfortable and happy.

Laura was wonderful and very kind. Jordyn was very helpful and cheerful. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. I was worried about being inside again because of Covid. They have redone the salon with Partitions. It made it feel more private and I felt safe. They have all the correct measures in place, which I appreciate. .

The blue nails are from a salon I went to that messed up my nails badly. After posting my bad experience about the place I had gone to, Jeni reached out to me and offered to fix my nails as best as she could. She cared enough to offer a free service to me. As you can see she did wonders compared to hoq they were before. She did what she could. I know if she had dont my nails from 0 they would have come out 1,000 times better. Defintely enjoyed my experience with her.

Jenny the owner is very concerned about the safety of her staff and customers. You must wear a mask and use hand sanitizer before checking in. There are curtains in between the spa chairs and plexiglass between you and the Manicuist. They wipe down all of the stations after each customer.I feel very safe when I get my nails done there. Also all of the staff are veryfriendly and professional....I get compliments all the time on how good my nails look...Then I referred them to Prestige Nail salon. I been going there for over ten years and wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else😊

I went with my daughter and although they somewhat did a good job they kept changing the prices due to a language barrier I thought I was paying one price but Turned out to be way more than they said. The lady doing my pedicure never looked at what she was doing, kept turning off the messager and it was not 30 minutes for either myself or daughter. They charged me for gel which I didnt get and same for my daughter they charge for a design Which consisted off two nails being a different color and the lengths of nails were all different lengths and its only been a week and I need them filled again. They were in such a hurry to finish I felt so irritated and if it werent for it being my daughter birthday I would of complained but did not want to ruin her day

I came in to fix a broken nail from a different salon, Jennifer attended me and ended up fixing all of my nails because the other place did very poor quality. Very satisfied with her service!

Jennifer’s salon is top notch! Her team is so great! I particularly love Laura who’s been doing my nails at least 4 years now! During the shut down they’ve hung in there and I’m so glad she’s been able to remain in business! They follow all COVID-19 protocols and absolutely provides a very safe environment to relax and come out looking beautiful!

My manicurist, Ann, is great. Only my second time at the salon. The first time was outside in ridiculous heat and the ladies did all they could to ensure customers comfort and coolness!! My visit today inside was just as rewarding. The salon is immaculate and all covid safety precautions are in place. Ive gone to a salon in san Marcus for over 15 years, but I want to support my hometown small businesses.

She charged me so much doing a pedicure and a fill. My nails are so thick my nails are getting Caught in my hair. I wish that I can remember her name. When she did my pedicure she didn’t even paint my little toe. When I was paying her half cash and half card she told me that she wanted just cash for tip. I’m really disappointed and this lady was not professional either. I wanted my nails and toes looking good for my daughter wedding. I have to get them done again 😡

The level of quality standards the owner upholds is truly like no other. I have been going to her for many years and in between moves to different county. Tried others in desperate short term situations but they weren’t as nice or held up as long. I have gone to a few of her nail techs in a few different situations and noticed that she pays attention to the work being done by her staff. She truly cares about the happiness of the client at all times. Would recommend highly to anyone !

I have been getting my nails done here for many years. Recently they upgraded their salon to deal with the COVID issue. I felt very comfortable during my appointment. Laura always does a fabulous job!

Lots of super cute gel options and a wall of color options for regular polish. Very reasonably priced. There was a short wait time as a walk-in and Peter did a wonderful gel manicure on my poor neglected hands. Definitely going back 🙂

After looking for what seemed like forever, for a new place to call my new nail salon home, I found Prestige nails. I’m extremely picky and like my nails a certain way. Not only did they do an amazing job but they have such great attitudes and sense of humor that really makes the experience that much more fun and relaxing. I normally get a French manicure with the dipping powder. It is so hard to find someone who knows how to do this. Most people will use the dipping powder and gel nail polish. It just doesnt hold up the same. So excited to have found this place and Tom! My nails look awesome and are finally exactly what I want.

Very nice salon; clean, professional and friendly. I got a gel manicure and deluxe spa pedicure. I was there for an hour and a half and left feeling pampered.

This is a great nail salon! First of all, its sparkling clean, which is so important. And the staff is friendly, professional and talented. Im sure Jeni is the best nail artist on the planet; my nails, while covered in acrylic, are healthier underneath than theyve ever been. She uses quality products and has a great color selection. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Went in and received a Pedi/callus remover from Nancy for the first time during Covid. She was great and thorough. Definitely ask for Nancy. Shes legit.

First time here really impressed by their cleanliness ! My gel nails came out great but that same night my nail chipped. I have to wait to see how long they last before I can comment on the quality.

Waited for a 2pm appt to no show to get a pedi inside in the AC. At 2:35 I was back at my car bcuz that was when the appt showed up and I hadnt been taken and there were plenty of open seats. So. If you have an appt feel free to be late I guess, which is worth one star.
