Been using them since weve opened our restaurant 7 years ago and I only chose to do business that offers excellent customer service and high quality of work. Ive even shopped and see other options but none can top this location! Jonathan has been accommodating in addition very knowledgeable at all angles of the business. Don’t recommend. I used them for several years for cards, artwork, outside signage, floor stands, door signs, etc. but will not use them for anything anymore. Customer service is so bad and the owner accepts it. Even our cards can’t be printed right. They changed my template without notification and then expect me to pay for wrong cards. Phone numbers changed. Titles messed up. Fonts changed. When I ask for the standard template, I expect to get what I already approved, not a changed template.The primary girl at the desk lies to me multiple times even right to my face. No one in my business wants to deal with her. Her attitude is “whatever.”Jonathan, the owner, is never available. I wonder if that is just something his staff is directed to say because I am told “he’s on a call” but 1 minute later, I’m told he’s “on a survey.”They were great at one time but quality control, products, and customer service is now substandard. I’m taking all of my business elsewhere effective immediately.

I requested quotes from three companies, but Fast Signs was by far the quickest and most efficient in response. Proofing the prints and scheduling the installation was also a breeze. Will definitely use them again.

Before leaving N.Cal.I stopped at a Fastsign location in Sacramento, Ca. near my home. Inquiring at that location for signage on my side windows of my canopy. I explained what I wanted and was told I had to make an appointment to meet a designer to work on a design at an added cost. The proprietor of that location was from another country I hate to mention. But arriving in Southern Cal I decide to give fastsigns another chance when I located fastsigns of Escondido. I made contact with Jonathan, we talked on the phone on what I wanted. I e-mailed him photos of window measurements, he assured me he would take care of it, he e-mailed me the most fabulous design and Jeff knocked it out of the park, I have gotten so much action for my detailed business and many many compliments on the their work, People tell me it catches their eye & the cost was half of the other location. We made an appointment, the work was done fast and very efficient and I emediately asked to print Me new business cards. All of this work Order was done by phone and email. I sent a very basic design for a banner to FASTSIGNS. They were very helpful over the phone, and when I got the mock up for approval, they sent the one that I requested along with another idea that they had. The one that they did was so much more appealing! It was really eye catching and did not cost me anymore! I called into this store and spoke with an associate about my needs for a couple signs to which she told me that they could have my order completed by the next day. I submitted my art and didnt hear back by evening so I called in and then the guy on the phone told me that this takes a few days and if I wanted it done in the next couple days there would be a $50 charge. I argued that the woman earlier quoted me a day and never mentioned fees and he didnt feel the need to honor the word of his shop. What a wast of a day, thanks to these guys. I will never work with people who have no integrity. Find a better print shop.
