First time ever getting the full Brazilian- and first time waxing at all! So I was very nervous, but Linda was amazing! She was quick, very thorough, professional, and friendly! I wasn’t sure what to expect- but to anyone getting this for the first time, if you have tattoos, you’ll do just fine.The ladies at the front desk definitely knew their products and services and were super friendly as well. I had such a wonderful first time experience, thank you so much! I will definitely become a regular!

Service-Brazilian. DONT. Not my first time being waxed or getting a Brazilian. It was however, my first time at this facility and my first time ever having molten lava poured on my privates. I told my wax specialist Sumi that the wax was too hot and I was told that they keep the wax at a particular temperature so the wax will stick to the skin. She did absolutely NOTHING to cool the wax going forward before applying. Ive NEVER been burned anywhere else. I agree with the reviews about the front desk. They are wonderful and the reason I gave this place 3 stars. They discussed products with me, gave me samples, and took the time to go through their wax packages which saves you money long term. I did rebook because I didnt have the heart to tell them about my experience. I will be canceling and going back to my old wax place. The 50% off internet special was NOT worth the pain of my most sensitive areas being burned and my concerns being dismissed.

I have been coming to European wax center for two years now and let me tell you I never rebook or have a waxed in preference and today my waxer was SKYLAR and let me tell you she’s amazing she paid attention to detail made sure I was comfortable and was very pleasant to talk to.. she also did an amazing job! I honestly adore this location! Every single time I go here the people at the front desk give amazing customer service, and always put a smile on my face. They even laugh at my jokes! I was hesitant about writing a review the first time. But this is the the third time they done this.I arrived to my appointment check-in 10 minutes early via text waited in my car as indicated. Went inside to check in person at 4:15pm my appointment time the receptionist tells me the person that I’m seeing is running late 20 minutes, I said that’s fine I’ll wait in my car text me when she’s ready, went back in there at 4:45pm and she tells me she’s still running late that it’s best for me to reschedule because the person that I’m supposed to see is going to lunch. It would be nice for them to tell me upfront instead of making me waste my time after a long day at work. I don’t appreciate this kind of customer service! I have been going to this place for a couple of years I never had to deal with this type of service. Not sure if they’re under new management but they need more communication.

Quick and easy, they accommodate as needed and love the wax pass to save! Hard wax is so much better than soft wax as to pain during the wax. It may be a bit pricier but I say waxing hurts and spend money if you want it done well! Monique was great and when I thought something was missed she said come right in! European Wax Center - Escondido may be a little hard to find the first time but its worth it (just pay attention to the address and remember you have to get buzzed in and go up the stairs.) But it is in a convenient location with street parking usually available in the area and also its right off many bus routes. The service is friendly, quick and efficient and a very good value.

The front desk gals and waxers are super friendly and professional and the center is clean and inviting. I am generally pleased with my monthly lip and nose wax, however the nose hairs aren’t always removed in the creases of my nose. My waxer does give me a mirror to view the results but the lighting isn’t bright enough to confirm. Maybe get a lighted magnifying mirror?

Great, make an appt, go and easy in and out. Waxing is this purple glob that works great, had it done on my upper lip and pretty much painless, tried the nose one which is weird but nice to know no hairs can peak out of my nose, didnt have that problem but thought could help with allergies, it doesnt but its probably more for guys that should get it done.

I’ve had several waxers at EXC but the day I got Giselle was the day I stopped switching waxers. She’s the BEST. She takes time to get to know you and make you comfortable, and does such an amazing time taking care of your skin. She gives great advice for taking care of your skin; her main goal is not just to remove your hair. She takes care of ingrowns and makes sure you know how to prevent them in the future. She’s truly talented and passionate about what she does. CAN’T RAVE AND RECOMMEND HER MORE!!!

The ease of the online scheduling (and readily available appointments) alone makes the place great, but the service I received and the deals they run make it almost a crime NOT to go there. Another huge plus is that ALL of their wax is hard wax, so it doesnt hurt nearly as much as other places that use a combination of the two.
