I sent a box to Honduras in March, it was supposed to arrive in a month but it hasnt. I have tried to call every number they have, in Escondido, Los Angels, Honduras, Guatemala and I still havent heard anything back. The person that keeps leaving all of the good reviews is the person that answered the phone the first time I called, those are FAKE REVIEWS!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

One year ago I sent a box, my box never got to El Salvador, spending a lot of money, stole my money and the box, she disappeared, doesn’t answer the phone, the place is empty , closed. Be careful she might be somewhere else under different name,we all should refer her (Elizabeth) to the department of consumer affairs.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!NO tire su dinero en la basura con esta compania!!!!I send a 27x27x27 box full of household items to Honduras. Long story short, and $250 later (not counting the value of the items in the box) this company promised the box will arrived to its destination in 1 month. Instead it took 3 months and 9 days. The box was open when it arrived they many things were stollen on top of that they did not want to give the box to my brother unless he paid. The woman who I spoke with (Elizabeth Taylor) she was not helpful at all in the end she stop taking my calls.Who know how many people this company is scamming. PLEASE I BEG YOU NOT TO USE THEIR WORTHLESS DELIVERY SERVICES.

Dont waste your time and money with this company, they only try to take advantage of people. I tried three times to come in and ask questions about sending a package to Mexico and they were always close until by chance I saw them open on the weekend, when i asked about the rates they gave me some bogus prices that were overrated and on top of that you need to leave a deposit of $40 dollars and the clerk wasnt able to give me a good explanation of why I needed to leave a deposit. I took my business to a USPS were a saved more than $100, just make sure you check and ask questions about the measurements allow to send packages to mexico.A small update about this business. The owner just recently replied to my review and the only thing he wrote was that I was a child molester. I am trying to see how thats going to help his business if he cant take a decent review and then insults the people that post them. Maybe try to have a better customer service and better information on your prices and wait I forgot with an owner like you this place will need to close sooner than later.

Do not send anything with this company .. Few professionals, they never answer .. they lie about where things are. They sent some boxes in December we are in April and they have not arrived! They evade the calls and do not give reason or explanation of anything! I know there are not many options but better not send anything hopefully they will run out of clients. This has happened to two families already. it is not known if they stole things or if they lost the boxes but do not face

Is just sad this woman is the only one who runs this type of business. She has been running this business for years, but she lacks of good costumer service. She is rude with her costumers, and she hangs up the phone on you, I hope one day I am able to run this type of business so I can teach this woman how to treat costumers.It is a shame that only this place is available to send boxes. The owner of this place has had this business for a long time, but she lacks friendliness in how to treat her clients. This woman is rude and has no idea what customer service is. Hopefully one day I can run a business like this to teach this woman how clients are treated.
