DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ALARM SERVICE!!! I used to have Counterforce USA as my provider and then I was switched to Red Hawk. When my service was set up I was told I would pay $5 a month for the glass breakers for one year but they never stopped billing me the entire three years I had the service. I also used to make my payments online but they only online Canadian customers the option of using the online billing services, however they charge you when you call in to make a payment with an agent. The final straw was when I had to cancel my service because I moved to an apartment and they are charging me a $283 early termination fee for a service that I cannot transfer to my apartment. When I called the rude agent told me that I should have cancelled it before the service automatically renewed.

This is the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever worked with in my life. They DO NOT care about their clients and just try to churn and burn for a quick buck. My advice to ANY business owner out there is to steer far far away from this scam of a company...
