Brought in a gas tank from a J deere generator with a broken petcock.. Sam the parts department rep was extremly helpfull Was able to remove the broken stem in jusr a few minutes and advised me on the replacement part. Great service

Ask for Mike Vic and you wont regret it. After an initial phone call I setup a day and time to have a couple of John Deere mowers brought to my place. This way I could feel the power difference. I tried the s240 and the d170. Mike helped explain the difference and I tried them out on my inclines. The d170 was the final choice. Mike was honest and upfront about all the costs. I found him through a reference from nextdoor and was not disappointed. I wish car buying was this way. If Mike wasnt going to make it on time he let me know as soon as possible. I know Ill go back when Im ready for a tractor.

We turned in one of our John Deere ATVs and had a small miscommunication with my unit and Stotz on the repair. To make things right, Jimmy, the service manager went out of his way to not only own a small mistake, but he made things right. As long as I fill my current seat, we will remain loyal customers to Stotz for our fleet of ATVs in the future because of their actions.

I called to place an order for some lawn tractor parts and within moments the attended sent me an email of the full parts diagram. Together we selected all the correct parts needed to fix the lawn tracker. He asked if I needed a set of screws to attaching one of the components. I had not realized they were purchased separately which saved me a big headache. Pickup went well with one miner hitch that was resolved to my satisfaction. I definitely will be using them in the future as needed.

Took my Honda EB 5000 Generator in for service ; after 2 weeks I made a check up call to see how it was going, they took my number and said the mechanic would call me back but he never did. Called again 10 days later and got the same story they would call me back in 15 minutes. Never did. 30 days after dropping it off i returned to the shop and the generator was in the same place in the shop where I dropped it off, nothing had been done. I stressed to them when I brought it there this was a work tool and I needed it back ASAP and this is how they treat their customers? Never Again!

I called ahead of time to be sure they had inventory since I live 30 minutes away and wanted to drive away with a riding mower. I was assured they, in fact, had inventory. Or, so the parts department guy claimed. They had limited choices and tried hard to convince me to take a less desirable model. Then they wanted me to come back in a day or two to pick up something that would be shipped in. I had already showed up with a trailer to haul my purchase home and was not going to inconvenience my son-in-law again. The salesman, Mike, was a good guy, but I do not recommend this business.

Worked with Tyler, after checking product reviews on-line. Made a couple of phone calls providing info on my property and my desired usage needs. My initial thought was the X330. Tyler recommended the X350 for the added torque for some slight grades. He brought it to my property, tested out out, as did I. This was the right machine. Another JD location was trying to convince me I needed to spend $14,000 more on a small tractor. Though that may be a future option, time does not currently allow me to spend that much time in my grove.Tyler was professional and wasnt trying to upsell me to make more $$$. When I need a bigger machine, I will teturn to Stotz.

They got a couple of complicated clowns at the parts department. Came to buy $1000. For my gator. They made it complicated when i brought half cash and half check. Long story short they took the payment and the clown there joking that i was 20 dolla short. Very unprofesional. Then they handle my pacages without care or even bother helping me out putting em in my truck. Wouldnt recomend anyone going there to buy parts.
