If you are looking to work with a great Escrow Company I recommend Oakwood Escrow in Escondido. We had 2 buyers 1 in Los Angeles who needed a translator which they found one for her right away and 1 buyer to sign in Virginia in the Snow. Wow did we have obstacles to over come to say the least and only 3 days to get it all done. Escrow worked very hard, not only to coordinate the signing but to keep us on task to make it happen. They were amazing, Tanya Rodriguez and her team were next to none in getting our file closed just amazing is all I can say and that is the kind of escrow team you want to handel your escrow.
