LEAKY FILLINGS. At first impression Dr. Tsai seemed like a sweet honest lady. My daughter had 4 fillings done by Dr. Tsai. Then 3-4 years later my daughter experienced discomfort and to my surprise all the fillings Dr. Tsai had previously performed have to be redone because they are all leaking! Unfortunately, this can lead to a root canal. When I asked my neighbors on the Nextdoor app if anyone else has had this experience I was shocked at all the negative stories many had to say about this dentist. Later that same day I noticed missed calls from the dental office and then a nasty email in my inbox from Dr. Tsai stating that she saw my post on the Nextdoor app and she will no loner be treating my family. She abandoned my daughter with pain and damaged work. Im very disappointed.

Best dental care I’ve experienced in a very long time!

I had X-rays and a cleaning today with Dr. Tsai, and it was a great experience. She is thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and my teeth felt great when she was done. Also, during this time of Covid-19 when safety is so important, I felt very assured that she and her staff took every precaution to keep my family and me safe. I will definitely be going back to see Dr. Tsai for my future dental needs.

Jenny’s great. I had to go to a different dentist when she was on her 2 month leave at the end of last year. Both dentists I saw were giving me the wrong diagnosis and telling me I need all this extra work done just so they can make more money off me I guess. I finally went and had an appointment with Jenny and come to find out that I didn’t need all that work done and she suggested a much easier fix that is all covered by my insurance. Dr. Tsai has taken extraordinary care of my teeth for over 2 years. As she has opened her practice back up, she is now taking great care to protect herself and her staff which, ultimately, protects me! These are challenging times. Dr. Jenny Tsai is friendly and most importantly honest. she makes you feel comfortable with whatever procedure she is going to perform. She explains everything she will be doing. Its very difficult to find an honest dentist. Her dental assistant is very friendly and funny too.& the receptionist is also very nice and welcoming.

Dr. Tsai doesnt rush. She makes me and my kids feel comfortable. I know I am not a number in her day, I am a friend and patient. She takes time to explain any procedure before she does it. I really appreciate that because I am not a huge fan of doctors to begin with. Dr. Tsai is highly recommended in my book!

Very kind and understanding

Dr. Tsai truly does care about her patients and wants them to have the best oral health. She is honest and doesnt offer any services unless they are absolutely necessary. It is refreshing compared to some other doctors I go to.

Dr. Tsai cares very much about her patients. After I have something done in my mouth that is more than just a cleaning she will always give me a phone call at night just to check in on me. She makes sure that everything is going well and I am not in pain. She is a very caring dentist.

I wasnt too happy with the dentist that owned the practice before Dr. Tsai, but when I heard it was a new dentist I was excited to give her a try. She has turned my whole view of dentists around. I really like going to see her and I know my daughter doesnt mind going either.
