It was my first time in. The morning clerk was polite & very professional. When picking up our clothes I wanted to look at them. Another clerk there (Sandra) was rude & rushing me out the door & later I saw why.When I inspected them at home, 4 of the 6 pieces were PERMANENTLY DAMAGED.3 of those pieces were new & had never been laundered prior to this. I paid nearly $50 & got our clothes back ruined!! I called & never heard back from anyone. Never going back, they dont deserve our business.

I use pleats for all of my dry cleaning and tailoring. They did my wifes wedding dress and all of my suits. Love them!
