Where do I start... Getting your dream car in 2021 is not an easy feat. Made even more difficult if you dont have your own allocation/build on order. To obtain a 2021 BMW M2 Competition with these things working against me was incredibly challenging and stressful, but Oscar at BMW of Escondido kept me posted at every single step of the way and seemed to be just as motivated in helping me obtain one as I was. He kept me grounded and was incredibly realistic with his responses and attention. I cannot express enough appreciation for him dealing with me with patience and responsiveness because I was checking in with him 2 to 3 times a day for quite a while. If I sent him messages, I could always depend on receiving a response fairly immediately and even when he was on his day off. He was warm and personable with every verbal communication.When a 2021 M2 Competition became availble, Oscar kept his word and reserved the car for me the same day and I took delivery almost immediately. I couldnt be happier with the level of service and commitment to their potential customers they showed throughout the process, even when dealing with a nagging customer pestering them with follow ups.The finance experience was also superb. Moby never over-pressured me with options or maintenance contracts but did a perfect level of sales pressure and explanations/justifications for the additions. We did have a great conversation about pros/cons and even though I ultimately passed on the service contracts, he remained extremely polite and friendly the entire signing even when I said no. Granted, Im an extremely difficult sell and have walked away from deals when sitting in finance in the past (other dealers). Moby gave me a level of respect not often experienced at other dealers during the finance meeting and got me in/out in a reasonable amount of time.A+ for Escondido Sales and Finance.

Well, I dont even where I start from. This is the best car buying experience Ive ever had in my life. Everything is straight and clear. Customer service is great, sales guy Rico was really nice and had an answer for pretty much every question I asked. After we made a deal I was taken to finance office without any unnecessary extra waiting, guy was reasonable in certain things I purchased from him. Overall, great experience and great job BMW of Escondido. I love my new 850 XDrive and will definitely be back when Im ready to buy another BMW.

Had a truly great experience at BMW of Escondido. Got a GREAT price on a new vehicle (not only beating other dealers offers, but actually significantly below MSRP), the staff was kind and accommodating, and I never felt as if I had to deal with the “car salesman” type. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone within the immediate or surrounding areas. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time shopping around like I did.There was a small pinhole in the drivers seat of the new car that I purchased (I don’t think I would have even noticed it) but Jeremy pointed it out when I was taking delivery. He informed me that the replacement had ALREADY been ordered, and would be repaired/replaced ASAP. Something that I most likely wouldn’t have even noticed, was addressed and brought to my attention before I even took the keys.All around a wonderful experience and great price. 10/10.

I went to BMW Of escondido ended up buying my car with them. Brian was our sales person. He is super friendly and knowledgeable about all the vehicles we asked about. Make sure you ask for Brian! Was shopping around for a 2022 X3 and the experience I had at BMW Escondido was awesome! Working with Aaron was by far the best of any dealership I visited in San Diego County, he made the whole process so simple I was in and out with my factory order in under an hour.Several other dealers were adding $5k to MSRP or including dealer add ons (to a factory ordered vehicle!) and were absolutely refusing to negotiate. Aaron made the whole process so painless and explained everything along the way. Seriously cant recommend this dealership or Aaron enough.Really looking forward to picking up the car in a few weeks time!

The customer service at this location is exactly what you’d expect from BMW. They had a BMW loaner readily available (I booked the day before), and worked with my schedule & needs. Michael was my service agent and was knowledgeable, thorough, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth for me. I was buying my daughter her first car and the sales person keep saying its a certified BMW you get an additional factory warranty. I was impressed thinking ok, I dont need to purchase an extended warranty. $3500 savings. Get to finance and I ask the exact question about the warranty, come to find out the 1 year extended warranty is limited. The finance guy hands me a piece of laminated paper with about 100 things it doesnt cover. So much for extended warranty. It basic covers nothing. Walked out after they wouldnt sell me a quality warranty for a reasonable price. Typically dealer twists and deception.

It is my first BMW and my first big purchase. I looked at Mercedes C-class, Audi A4 and my last stop was BMW dealship which happened to be BMW of Escondido. I looked at 3 series and felt in with the car and customer service I was getting from Mike Beckham. Other sales guys form Audi and Mercedes was kind of pushy and I felt they worried only about making sale. Mike wasnt like that at all, he was patient with me and answered 1000 questions I had without any pressure. Its my first German car by the way and they are complicated with a lot of options and features. He helped me to find 330i that perfectly feets my needs and I didnt have to overpay for something I dont necessarily need. I test drove a car and was presented numbers after that. I was surprised how friendly was everyone and after quick negotiation we made a deal. I signed really quick the paperwork, they went over the car with before I left and told me I can come back any time if I have any questions in a future. I love my car and I think Im BMW customer forever now!

I drove all the way from LA to get a used car from BMW Escondido. They held it for 3 days until I could get off work early and even gave me a better price on the vehicle 💰. Right off the bat you can tell theyre a family dealership. They knew what I wanted, and didnt try to hide anything in the numbers like your typical shady dealership. Vanessa in Sales and Serj in Finance were upfront with everything from the awesome sale price of the car to the extended warranty 💪. I would recommend getting a car from here 💯!

Excellent experience. The staff, especially Michael Duplessis, went out of their way to help me out. I had multiple recalls on my car and they got them all finished quickly, and they even informed me of a related issue, and asked if I would like that fixed, which I agreed to because they gave me a very reasonable price for it. Ill definitely head back for future repairs.

Where do I begin? I recently purchased a 2018 330i, and everything was smooth sailing until I got to finance. My experience with Moby (finance guy) was high-pressure, awkward, and made me never want to purchase from here again. Not to mention the subsequent mistakes to follow. After I opted out of the add-on/extended warranties, “parts and labor” package, etc., my husband and I noticed a big switch in Moby’s personality. He went from super nice and talkative, to defensive and stand-offish. For the rest of the meeting, he barely said a word and pushed paperwork over for us to sign. But thats not the worst of it; dealerships are supposed to affix registration to your car before you drive off the lot, typically handled in finance. It didnt happen! Days later, I realized I had no proof of registration, and they had to overnight my registration (odd, this was overlooked since its protocol). I decided just to let it go and move on. And the drama continues, tonight I got a letter for “notice of underpayment.” NEVER in all my life of purchasing cars has this ever happened to me. The letter states, “ we underestimated the fees you owe to the California DMV.” What?! Not only did they forget to give me proof of my registration before I drove off the lot, but now Im on the hook for $48 bucks; they miscalculated. By far the most bizarre and unprofessional experience Ive had with any establishment.I just purchased a second BMW, this time for my husband at Penske, and it was operationally night and day! Totally professional team, the girl in finance was automatically getting the registration ready to hand to the guy before we walked downstairs! Not to mention they told us we had time to add the warranty down the road, unlike Moby, who told me I had to get it that day or the offer would no longer be available. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! Sad, because the guy Ryan was a great salesperson, but the way this place operates is beyond shady! Ive never come across such incompetence. I definitely expected more from a dealership affiliated with BMW.

Great car buying experience with Frank Garcia! He answered a ton of questions before we came into the dealership. When I had finally narrowed down what I was looking for, he scheduled us a one on one appointment so we had his undivided attention and help while we looked at & test drove the final contenders.When it came time to talk numbers (which I always dread) he made it as painless as it could be and got me a much better deal then what my credit union was offering!He is knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly (in my opinion) not pushy. I really enjoy driving BMW vehicles and have had many over the past 25 years, to include my most recent acquisition of a 2021 X5. I have shopped almost every dealer in San Diego over the years and I can’t say enough about BMW Escondido. There is something about how they operate, their customer service, sales, finance, each one we dealt with made our experience one for the books. My salesman was Frank who couldn’t have been more enjoyable to work with, he was helpful and he listened and when he couldn’t answer a question (and I usually have many) he brought in Brett, the sales manager who I can’t say enough about. His goal was evident and that was to have me leave a satisfied customer, which he 100% succeeded in doing. I regret not going there all the years prior because they make you want to go back. If their goal is to have repeat customers I assure them they have one in me.

Bought a car from here and after two days smoke were coming out of it. Low customer service. They didnt want to extend the warranty even though the car was in the bad shape. The car also had a crack on the windshield which I missed when I bought it.

Their offer of 55% of trade in value on a $58000 car was insulting. My car was average miles with no damage. Local dealer offered 115% of trade in value on a $40000 car!!!!! WOW Trading in my car wouldnt even pay all the fees.

My Advice - Have nothing to do with this dealership.We leased a 2017 mini from Brecht and enjoyed the car. I brought the mini in for the last covered service while still under warranty which they tried to charge me for. No mileage issues involved, they are just dishonest!We liked the Mini so much we chose to lease a second one from Brecht but inquired what would happen if we found we needed a bigger car. NO PROBLEM THEY SAID - WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!We did end up wishing to purchase a BMW one year into the lease as we needed to transport relatives with failing health.Now they changed their position! To Quote: THE ONLY WAY WE WILL LET YOU OUT OF THIS LEASE IS IF YOU PAY OFF THE FULL PROFIT VALUE OF THE LEASE $8,000 worth, only offering a value on the Mini way below book! Even though we wanted to buy a new BMW from them.So we went over to a BMW dealer in Vista. They were GREAT. Vista bought the leased Mini at the full listed value and sold us our BMW at a No Haggle price. Thank You BMW of Vista...

Go to BMW of Escondido if you like bringing your car in over and over to have your car the same if not worse than before and pay a boatload for it.I had en engine light and 2 rear lights when I first brought it in.I let them know my car had a false reading for an ignition coil but I already replaced them all. Hector said no problem, he would have the repair guys take a look and he would let them know it was not an ignition coil problem. There would diagnostic fee. Okay thats fine with me.I get called by the tech that they had to work on it and really run though and he found out it was guess what... an ignition coil reading. He would have to charge for another hour to dive farther into it. Uhh what? Victor told me he would tell the techs about this. But guess not. So they told me what I already knew and double charged me for it. whatever.They find the problem could be fixed by a DME repair. Cost is about 2,600$$ and I was once again assured by Hector the service advisor that my repair would be no problem and that would be the end of it.I do the repair ( I love that car!) and guess what. Its worse than before.It shifts rough now and still had the same problem.I bring it in and out to the shop a few times while they look at some other stuff and tinker around.After about 4 times in and out they fixed it. Guess what they did. They swap my own part on my car and it fixed the problem. They give me my car and was like WE DID IT! We FIXED IT! I HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY!So I Just payed 2600 for you to swap my own parts on my car?They never even fixed the light problem. I had to go to another shop to get that fixed because you wanna believe this? They wanted me to pay an additional diagnostic fee to find the issue. Like what were you doing the 4 times before I asked you to fix it?!Go to BMW of Escondido if you want them to swap your own parts and charge you 2600 for useless repairsI dont like the idea that I had to pay for the mistake they made.What an awful experience that I was so mad about Im finally about to put up the review.You guys had me for life. I loved that car and the brand. Now Im gone.Hector you made me lose trust.

I brought my car into the service department on Monday the 26th of April to get a routine service. They changed my oil and gave me my car back.On Friday April 30th, I had a flat tire and since they are not open on Saturdays I brought my car to BMW of Vista. They performed the standard MultiPoint Inspection and found a few issues with my car;-Both rear tires worn below minimum specification-Tire showing cords, vehicle unsafe to drive-Both left & Right tire at or below 2 mm tread depth-coolant leak-REAR DIFF LEAKINGNow with me bringing my car to them 4 days prior, this is very concerning that the technicians didnt perform the check or if they did they didnt notify me. I wouldnt have had any issues or rebuttals if I was told I need to replace my tires at the time. The Rear Diff Leaking is covered by my warranty along with the Coolant Leak. So im not sure why these repairs were not performed.I emailed my service advisor, the service manager & the owner of the dealership with no response.**BE CAUTIOUS, Seems like they just don’t care. I’ve bought 2 vehicles from them and ONLY used them to service both vehicles.

I recently bought my X3 here and had an amazing experience. Amanda Kelly was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine. She provided me with many options and was extremely accommodating. I had been shopping around for cars for about a month now and had the best experience at this dealership. Not only were their prices competitive to other BMW dealerships, but everyone was also very welcoming and treated me like family. Not once did I feel pressured throughout the process, which was something I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend BMW of Escondido to my friends and family!

I had my Z4 for sale on Facebook. Got a response from a salesman here. Cash offer. Bring in the car. Well look at it and buy it. I just transferred the title to my wife. Title not back from state. No problem. Make sure she comes with you to sign papers. I bring the car to this dealership, without my wife. Manager has to look at the car. Its in rough shape he tells me. We get much better cars here at our dealership. Besides, we cant buy the car without a title. I thank him and walk away. Now tell me, is this a dealership you want to be working with?

We went in to look at another new lease (since our 3 year lease was ending)...Chadi and Sales Manager Steve Kang were very helpful and NOT pushy like so many car dealers can be. They patiently answered all of our questions and after test driving a few, we decided on a new gas-electric hybrid. So far we couldnt be happier. They were able to work with us to get the most incentives available and even delayed doing the deal until they could all be processed and/or approved. What car dealer ever wants to delay any deal for the customers benefit? This is our 6th BMW and by far the best experience we could have asked for! The showroom is very clean and simple (white walls could use some paint and decor) and no one there ever seemed high pressure...it was very relaxed. Ive bought many cars over the years and will happily be coming back in the future to deal with these two fine gentlemen!

What an amazing experience purchasing my first actual new car. Ryan Littlefield in Internet Sales was nothing short of phenomenal. Ryan went above and beyond. I put down a deposit on a car on Thursday, and showed up Friday after providing all necessary information for the deal to happen. I asked them to get the paperwork ready ahead of time for me. When I arrived, the whole process took 45 minutes at most. It could have taken 20, but I was enjoying our conversation with everybody and with Jeannie in the finance office, who was equally as awesome. Amanda and Pierre were the best! I contacted Amanda in the morning and she set us up with Pierre to come and look at different X models. Pierre was outside waiting for us when we arrived. He was very knowledgeable about all the different X models. He took us for a test drive in the X3 and X1. We really liked the X3 and Pierre took us inside to talk numbers. We had a 2015 Mazda for trade-in. Pierre talked to his managers and presented with a deal we couldn’t refuse. We were in a bind for time and I couldn’t believe that it was only one hour from the time I accepted the deal until we were driving away in our new X3. I had a scheduled appointment at BMW of Escondido for wiper change and software update. When I booked the appointment, I was told I can update the software and there is no requirement for the same. When I got down to the BMW Escondido service center - they told me they cannot update my software. I had to leave my working hours and drive down 8 miles just for this one piece. If the person on phone could have helped me much better I would have saved my time and gas.This was not enough and I asked the service center guy my music does not sync automatically and I need help with steering song change back/forth. They told me I need to talk to genius team which is at the sales center - I drove up to sales center - the lady at front desk said Meghan is out of office and service center should have someone from genius team. She called them without even asking me to take a seat or wait until she figures the situation out. She is in bad mood and says service center does this all the time, they send customers up to sales when they have genius (Do I care ? No I dont. I am a customer and I want my service to be done, not into your internal politics). She calls service center and they say they do not have John at his desk. Now I am told to leave and call back again for genius help, without any apology or sorry for not getting my single request done - no software update, no help on music.I wasted my 1 hour in figuring out how can I get help but got stuck in the internal mess BMW Escondido.

Was quoted a certain down payment and monthly payment and was sent through my email with his name on it. after I do some math and got a better co signer I reach out to Michael and I ask for a formal paper with break down, he sends me a totaly different numbers to what we talked about.you cant do these type of moves on customer who came back to finish the deal thats just wrong and misleading.not cool

Everyone was friendly. I only had one thing I wanted fixed. I was told it was fixed when I picked up the car but it wasn’t . After another 10-15 minutes and two technicians looking at my vehicle I was told they did not know how to fix my problem. I was told to go to the sales department for help???? Sales to fix a service problem??? .... I did not waste my time. So , what do you do when your new BMW has a problem and BMW tell you they do not know how to fix it? This will be my last visit to BMW Escondido and my last purchase of a BMW....Mercedes next time

Service is very expensive but good quality. Loaner cars are very good. My main beef is that they forget to wash my car every time... so I sit any wait while they wash it even though I called hours (or even a day) ahead to schedule my pick up. I don’t know why I bother waiting since the “wash” basically involves hosing off the outside and leaving it wet with no internal cleaning at all.

UPDATE: BMW of Escondido worked with my independent guys to resolve the paint issue noted below. They did a wonderful job so Im upgrading my review to a 4-star to acknowledge and thank them.***************************************************************************Hmmm. So, BMW of Escondido replaced the thermostat on my wife’s car. We had actually taken it to our independent service shop who ran the code and took it over to BMW as it was a warranty job so that was good. However, we live in the country and the vehicle was really dirty and BMW pressure-washed it. When we picked up the car,I noticed the paint was completely gone in several places. Just bare metal. I showed the damage to our service shop and they said they would contact BMW on our behalf. I haven’t heard anything since. Lesson learned,I guess.

We worked with two different sales reps and both them were pleasant and very insightful. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. They gave us plenty of time to decide while at the same time they provided us information as needed. My wife and I would definitely return in the future.

Came in just to look at a couple of cars they had on the lot and was blown away by Eddie V. He was so knowledgeable about everything BMW and ended up being able to get me into a new BMW 2 Series. The finance manager Kyle was super helpful and helped me explore all the available options and protections for my new car with absolutely no pressure. All in all this was by far the best car buying experience I have had! If you are looking for a new BMW be sure to ask for Eddie and see Kyle in finance.

I am a BMW car club member and normally don’t like to let others touch my vehicles, but I like coming here. Seems somewhat expensive but the place is clean, the work gets done properly, I get a loner car, and service advisor Harris is great. Recently had my wife’s X5 receive a headlight restoration and it turned out great, way exceeded my expectations. BMW Escondido is definitely my go-to place when I don’t have the desire or skills for a BMW repair or maintenance task. Highly recommended.

I checked for a BMW M4 which had a posted price of 39,XXX. When I called they tried to add a swat tracker, which I don’t even know what it is, and clear coat which is around 1500 more on top. Not only that but they also tried adding more dealer fees and shipping, which I did ask for at first, but rejected after I found out it was 2000. If they know that all of this will be added to the price, why post a misleading price? When it was said and done, the total cost of the car was 47,XXX, well over what was posted as the price. I’m just not happy with the misleading price and the way they do not want to work out a deal or a price that benefits both.

BMW of Escondido and Harris (my service advisor) were fantastic for my last service. I had a factory recall (airbag replacement) and an old change. Harris kept me well apprised of the status and the car was ready ahead of time. The loaner was fantastic and they did a great job washing and storing my car overnight.
