Kellie and her team at Rainbow Restoration are so amazing! We were referred to them by a friend of ours. We are a military family that just purchased a home and are new to the area. Unfortunately, the previous owner smoked excessively inside the home. I called Kellie, who was understanding, kind and compassionate. She made me feel like I was a family member and she took care of me as such. She sent out her team the very next day and they showed up on time. Tyler and Brian were super professional, friendly and I felt like they genuinely cared about how worried and upset I was about the smell and condition of the air quality. They set up their equipment and kept in touch throughout the entire 5 day process. The smoke smell is gone and we are so glad we contacted them. This was the first time I had a huge project that I needed a lot of help to bring our fire damaged duplex back to new. I was a little nervous having to deal with an unknown general contractor and with such a huge project. We had to rebuild and remediate a lot of square footage. I interviewed three companies that were highly recommended. Rainbow Restoration was the only company that took the time to give an accurate and complete estimate of the work. They brought in experts to look at fire damaged beams and other issues even before they got the job. Their dedication to my quote was amazing. I could tell these were good people from the very start. After hiring Rainbow Restoration they stepped me through the project from beginning to end. Each time there was an issue or a delay they communicated that to me promptly and directly. They also worked very well with my insurance company when there were changes or previously unknown problems that required additional money. At every point in the project I felt like it was under control and moving forward as well as possible. This was a year long project and we encountered an unusually wet spring and Covid-19 but we still moved forward. In the end, my duplex was beautifully restored with excellent craftmanship, quality construction, and no issues. They even worked with a subcontractor that I added to put in an HVAC system. Another great thing about Rainbow is that they worked with me in a total gender blind manner. As a woman, I often encounter contractors that brush me off or do not work with me very well or do not listen to my requirements. This was absolutely not the case with Rainbow. I felt respected, I felt listened to, and I felt that at any time I could call and have my questions answered or my concerns understood. I would use Rainbow again for another project large or small. I urge you to try Rainbow and see what it is like to work with a family-oriented company full of really great people.

Rainbow San Diego just finished the reconstruction of our guest bathroom. I am delighted with the results. Gary Edwards was truly amazing. Absolutely one of the most outstanding customer service experiences due to this one man. As homeowners it is a daunting task to deal with water damage. We feel Rainbow truly cared about the job at hand. From the mitigation crew down through to the guidance of the reconstruction crew of our guest bathroom, I can say that as a whole the experience was extremely positive. Ive gotten the pleasure to work Henry and his crew on multiple projects providing environmental testing. Upon receiving the heads up on his testing needs, Henry also provided site contacts for easy access. Every time I have arrived to the site, I was able get in and out with ease due to his strategic planning and great communication. Henrys professionalism and amazing system has allowed me to provide fast results on every visit. Working with someone like Henry makes it easy to put your best foot forward and leave a great impression with anyone involved on the project. I believe that teamwork and great game planning are essential for successful projects and Henry is the epitome of that. I would recommend him for any mold remediation or restoration job that you want done right the first time. Rainbow International fixed my hallway after water damage caused by an overflowing washing machine. They were very efficient and completed the job in just three days: fixing the drywall, reinstalling new baseboards, and painting the hallway and staircase. Excellent job at a reasonable price. They also provided me with a very detailed estimate so that I could decide whether to include portions of the repair work.

I have used Rainbow personally many times and referred them to my clients for remediation service when they had an insurance loss. Henry and his team are responsive, professional and excellent at what they do. I have complete confidence in their work. While I hope not to have to use them again for a water damage claim, I am glad to know who to trust and call in an emergency.

Fortunately, to date I have not personally needed Rainbows services. I have met and listened to Kellie (owner) speak on multiple occasions about their services. Our built-in refrigerator had a leak, and we had no idea of the extent of the problem. Rainbow identified and removed the affected flooring, cabinetry, etc., and dried the room out completely. They were very responsive and professional.Gary Edwards, their Construction Project Manager, was a true standout, doing a great job of getting everything rebuilt and the kitchen back together. Not only was he extremely competent, he was helpful, friendly, efficient, effective, and responsive. Insurance didnt cover all of the repairs, and we found his pricing to be very fair. He was able to organize sub-contractors who were all extremely good, and do so on a very timely schedule (a feat more impressive than herding cats, in my opinion). There is no doubt well be calling Gary again for future projects (hopefully ones of our choice next time rather than the aftermath of water damage :)

Tyler Mann responded immediately to address an AC leak in our condo a that also damaged our neighbors condo below. He professionally mitigated the water damage over a period of 4 to 5 days. We then called again when a second AC leaked in a second AC unit. We immediately called him again. We could not be happier with the work that he did.
