Thank you Ray Karimi Blue Night Banquet Hall for the beautiful venue!!! We had an beautiful ceremony room decorated for our vows- then we got to move into our reception hall which was gorgeous! The room was spacious everything including our buffet/ bar/photobooth/dessert table/DJ/and surprise dancers including our 140 guests fit into the hall with room to spare. We LOVE LOVE LOVED our light up dance floor which brought that extra fun into our dancing hours. Thank you Ray again for helping us bring our vision to life and sharing this special day with us ❤

I went here for a sweet 15 party and I had nothing but the best of times with my family. I highly recommend this one lace for any events.

We had our anniversary celebration this month, Aug. 2021, in the new smaller banquet hall. It was perfect for our 120 guests and a live band and DJ. The included food was excellent (we chose the chicken fajitas), and sodas and water were also included. We brought our own cake, desserts and adult drinks, but the bartender and servers took care of serving everything and cleaning up afterwards. Everybody was helpful and friendly... even the security guard was helping to bring in chairs to the ceremony room when more guests came in than expected. Wally was very accommodating, providing us with all the decorations and arranging the tables the way we wanted. Everything was beautiful and every one of our guests had a great time. We will definitely be returning to Blue Night Banquet Hall for any future events. Great food and great service at very reasonable prices!

This banquet hall is over priced for the packet that they offered. They had a/c turned off and when we complained about the a/c they said it was because of the food warmer were giving off too much heat. Thermostat in the room said temperature at 80 degrees.

I AM NOT A VENDOR! I WAS AN INVTED GUEST AND FAMLIY MEMBERThe “Owner” of this Hall was very rude and disrespectful. He treated the guest badly and said flat out that he “didn’t care” when I confronted him of his actions he did not take the time to try to resolve the issue and encouraged me to write a bad review. You definitely do not want to encounter or exchange any type of resolution with this business, so sad because the hall has so much potential.I received a response from the owner on 8/30/21 stating that I was a vendor?! I’m sorry but I was a guest and am family to the people who hosted the sweet sixteen party. Hence, the reason why I stayed at the end of the party to help with the clean up at the end of the night when encountering this issue. I could have taken this issue further if someone would’ve gotten hurt while the man pulled the table cloth off and dismantled the table right in front of people who were still sitting at the table! Not cool! I guess lying and inventing stories is part of they’re business too.

I can definitely tell they have bad customer service by my initial call with them. I called to ask about prices and if I could bring my own catering and immediately the owner said why your own catering? You got no money? He then seemed to get frustrated and sighed heavily. Sooo unprofessional, I know I dodged a bullet.

The owner and customer service is really bad they dont know how to do the business. Make sure to get something in writing because they will ask one hour early to leave. Even one star is way more than enough.It is too late to contuct I just mentioned here so people know before they booking this hall... They say you guys treating your customers is not good turning off the lights when people inside the hall its not right. You can get sue easy if someone fall down when the hall is dark specially when there is elder people inside the hall. So just keep in mind these steps for your next service and work on your customer service.

Exemplary service. Beautiful building. Fantastic food.Got invited by a friend of a friend to attend a wedding here and to be quite honest, I didnt even want to go at first but I am certainly glad I did.I was completely blown away by how beautiful the architecture is, the ambience and lighting were perfect and really set the tone for the rest of the evening. All the staff were very professional and friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Finally, the food was amazing. Our host chose the Mexican buffet and I ate so much that I could barely get up to walk at the end of the evening.All in all it was a tremendous night and I will definitely be recommending this establishment to my own friends and family in the future.

My family and I have used Blue Night Banquet for several gatherings as well as wedding reception events and we could not be happier with the quality of service of the staff here. The venue is clean, modern, huge, and has a tremendous amount of parking available for all our guests ensuring they did not have to walk far to attend our events. The owners are very courteous people who genuinely express interest to ensure the event is running smoothly. My husband and I just had our wedding at Blue Night. Firstly, we loved the big ballroom and the ceremony room made it easy to start the reception. We loved the decorations and the entire setup was perfect. We were able to rehearse days in advanced and the manager Ray was kind to offer additional chairs and tables for our extra guests. Very hospitable and easy to work with venue. Looking forward to coming back for my cousins event next year.

This has been long a forth coming . Hands down the best location, service, and staff of all. My family has had four ceremonies here with no doubt of any issues. First of all it starts with the wonder staff and owners. We have dealt with Wally, Ray, Lucy. They all were so dedicated to making sure our party and guests were taken care of in the best of ways. The halls are so classy and beautiful. The food we have had there is so good, we never had no complaint from our guests. On the contrary, our guests have always loved the food we have ordered there. My family and friends are so appreciated for all the care they show us over and over again. They have gone out of there way to make our events so special. Thank you seems not enough. You guys are the best!!!!! Hands down. There is no other place we will ever have another event besides Blue Hall Banquet Hall in Escondido. You cant go wrong here. I attended an event here for my niece about a month ago, the venue is spacious and beautiful although it was not decorated the way it was supposed to be. They decided to go with the venues catering, bad choice! Food was mediocore at best. It was buffet, the Italian menu was blah! I witnessed a server lick her finger while dishing out potatoes! According to my niece, things were promised and not delivered. She also indicated the service from Lucy was unprofessional. She was argumentative and not easy to deal with. Have your own caterer, and be sure to have EVERYTHING in writing. In case you have to go to court.

This place is very beautiful inside and the decoration is super cute and looks new! The bathrooms are fancy and very clean, the food was great definitely recommend this place . Lastly the dance floor looks very cool with all the lights.

The halls were so beautiful and the manager was such a nice guy who help accommodate us on everything!!! The food was also execllent. This place has the best prices, you cant beat it. We looked around for 4 months and this place was $4k cheaper than everyone else. Dont waste you time with anything else, go here first and save yourself the time...

We had a graduation party for our two daughters in the smaller of the two ballrooms at BLUE NIGHT and it was a BLAST..... especially for the celebrants and the peers. From the moment the owner gave us a tour of the facility, I knew this was the perfect venue...... the location, the parking space, the decor variety to choose from, menu choices flexibility of what was provided and what I could bring, food set up on time, the cordiality staff, the bathrooms. It was simply beautiful. Thank you Wali and BN team. Will definitely use your facility again an recommend it to others.

We had our daughter’s “walimah” (wedding reception) on thanksgiving night at blue night banquet hall. I have to say that it was better than we expected. We had a lot of special requests and Wali (the owner) worked with us to accommodate all our requests. The wait staff were very professional and helpful (especially the Persian lady and guy) and thankfully everything went very smoothly. I would recommend blue night to all my friends and family.

Very unhappy with their customer service, staff was great but management is horrible so many things were promised and said they would provide but at the event nothing was provided and a lot of our guest were not allowed to enter because they had another party going on at the same time as our event, the capacity was limited to less than agreed. also please I hope this rating helps others not to fall for these scammers that sweet talk you into hiring them, also please dont let Lucy Ramirez (Baker) assist you for the is the one that assisted us in everything and did not comply with what she said was going to be done.

Ive been an MC/DJ for over 30 years, never have I experience a banquet hall with their own staff not able to maintain table service for the clients. No water was ever poured in the glass for water. Every guest had to go to the bar and pour their own water into a plastic cup. With a 300 guests there was ONLY ONE 3gal WATER JUG!!! Water jug got empty very quickly providing with 300 people!!! It took them awhile to fill up water jug!!! What was the water glass on the table for? Decoration???!!! Thats the job of the banquet manager to make sure the staff do as part of their job to fill from beginning till the end. No reception table was provided as requested for receptionists as they had to stand and do their work. No podium was provided for MC as requested as well. Buffet table was not refilled as they should have been till the end of allowable time. Some guests was told to go in the kitchen to get refill. It is not the guests job to in the back kichen for their refills!!! To find that management have saved those extra trays of foods while the whole staff were eating them in the back kitchen!!! Management was very poor overall!!! This is very wrong when customers are not treated the right way! There were other things in this facility that was not adequate that clients dont know about. The moral is dont get entice with what you see, customer service is the number one thing that will make a business live or die for! Very poor customer service at this facility!!!

It was great having our ceremony and reception at Blue Night Banquet Hall. Wali (the owner) was very flexible with accommodating to our requests for our wedding. Very professional and nice, knows his stuff when it comes to receptions. It was nice having a venue that accommodates both reception and indoor ceremony (if that’s what you are looking for), a perk that not all halls have.The hall has a touch of elegance and by the looks of it Wali is constantly working to make the hall look nicer and nicer with fancy decor. The ball rooms have high ceilings and chandeliers and a lot of space able to accommodate big parties. There is a lot of parking and easy access from freeway 78.The food was very good and he gives you several options as well as food tasting ahead of time.All in one hall, you can get the food, cake, MC/DJ through them. And let’s not forget the awesome L.E.D. floor in the big ball room. Very beautiful hall. Thanks Wali.

My good friend was going to have her quince here and was very happy about it and had done the contract and then they canceled the event due to another wedding that was pending . That was very unprofessional and if someone does a contract with a deposit they can’t cancel it . Ilegal!!

I did my engagement party there. I did plates dinner, the food was served cold to my guests. Some of the plates were missing one of the dishe. Utensils were not complete sits ( the knives were missing on the tables). The service was horriable in the middle of the dinner I had to get up and tell the servers to serve drinks to my guests. ( since my guests started serving themselves). The owner himself never checked up on the appetizers to see if it needed to refilled and told my family that I paid for what I got. Not to mentioned that I paid for 135 and 30 of my guests didnt show up. So I dont get how I had a shortage of appetizers. I would say talk is cheap and the most important thing in any event is professionalism and he showed that he has none of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Literally the most amazing event venue in San Diego/Escondido. I was very impressed!

The venue is nice. Now the food and service was terrible. They were scheduled to serve at five pm, but ended up serving at 6 pm. All guest were just eating salad fruit in the mean time. The manager was rude if you asked her something you can tell she was annoyed . The supposed called italian food was terribel it was suppose to be open buffet, but they wouldnt let you chose if you wanted chicken alfredo or lasagna they would say sorry just one. The Salad they serve was not fresh at all. The portions were small and all guest had get back in line. They only served for 130 min when they should of ended at 830 and not 730 cause they stared serving food a hour later from schedlued time. Long story short hat at the end of the night I had guest going to 7/11 to buy food cause of how bad the food was. Please its not worth the price at all dont get me wrong the room its self is beautiful but the service they will give your guest is horrible.

If you notice all the 3 -1 stars its because of management or the food, Lucy and Walli need to improve there hospitality skills. They wait til the last minute to make things happen(4 months before my wedding) and are rude if you disagree with them (Walli yelling at me and saying i should be grateful for his survises over the phone). Their contracts is made so every time you pay they get to keep and nothing is refunded, I thank God I waited to pay the full $11,500+ and they only kept the deposit. They can be very unprofessional and blame the customer for their wrong doings. Thank you Blue Night for ruining my reception.You never understand why I agreed to your cancellation. You double booked the Grand ballroom and you didnt notice for over 5 months how unprofessional and irresponsible is that!!!!! My trust was GONE! Your contract aloud me to pay in full by May 23rd 2018 wasnt going to pay before that and thank god i didnt or else you would have keep all my money.Wow, after I called to discuss why Lucy failed to make any appointments you get mad and threaten to cancel if i didnt give you money and agree to come in when you demanded. 4 months before my wedding no invitations, no food tasting, no cake tasting, lighting,no idea of setup, no idea how it would look like ect.You left me no choice but to agree to your cancellation and I hope you enjoy my $1,500 deposit you kept. Never said the Blue Night is bad, just your attitude/lack of professionalism/ organization skills need to be improved. (I am not the only who noticed). P.S wedding coordinator do all that 8 months to a year before the date. You demanded I come to a taste testing Feb. 14th or you would cancel, so I agreed to the cancellation. I was stressed because my wedding was in June.

We took a leap of faith and used this hall to host my moms 70th birthday party. Wali and Lucy assured me from day one, they would take care of every detail. They set up the space beautifully, all we had to do was show up. We chose the Mexican buffet to serve 130 people. It was excellent! The staff and service to our guests was professional and friendly. There was a larger event taking place in the hall next to us and it all went perfect. I couldnt be happier with our Blue Night experience! Thank you Wali and crew for helping us create the perfect party for my mom!

Worst experience ever.As we arrive they were asking for invitations witch I thought ok its well organized.The hall was requested for 300 people and food was from 4:30 until 6:30pm, as time was passing by the owner gave it a quick guess and without counting the people said that the 300 people had arrived and closed the doors, not letting any of the guest go in, as time continue being 5:30 the owner order the employees to stop serving food and put everything up, having over 3 trays left of each dish. Servers didnt even pour a cup of water into the glasses and guest had to walk into the bar to serve themselves for a cup of water in a plastic cup.On top of that he charge $200 per each additional table put in place on where we requested 3 more to have our guest seated because to being with they didnt had enough chair, putting 10 plates per table but only 7 chairs a table. Attached is a picture on how the plates are to close one from the other.Over all I dont recommend this place to anyone if you dont want your guest left out from the party. Or have the owner keep the food and everything else.
