They keep leaving their flyers and my car and it gets stuck and leaves a stain on my car. I’ve been through the car wash several times and it won’t go away. I wish they would stop harassing me while I’m at work.
I was going to give this insurance place a go but I can see it has a very bad reputation and look like a dirty insurance company.
Was about 6 people whaithing and just one guy taking care. One at the time. Was another laidy behind a desk just watching us. Really obset

If this is the insurance company that paid a claim to a 76 year old man with 16 buckets of loose change to settle $21,000 claim....bad move. You will rue the day your arrogance came to light.Shame on you.Just saying IF it was you...if it wasnt you better protect your reputation.

I was waiting for 20-25 mintues and when i finally got to talk to someone i try making my payment and said they didnt have change when i said Ill go get change they said they are closed and didnt expect my payment bad customer service !!!!
My car had gotten towed and didnt have proof of insurance . I decided to call them so they can FAX my proof of insurance to the towing company. I called and the lady who helped me was incompetent because she didnt seem to understand what I was talking about. I had to repeat myself over and over again. She seemed lost and confused as if she didnt know what her job consists of. Honestly this company needs to hire people who will represent the company in a professional as well positive way and not hire people who are unprofessional.
Walked in on Saturday 10/03/2016 just sat and was never acnolage for 30 minutes, never , not even eye contact or anything. After 20 minutes they just looked at me didnt even say hello good afternoon or anything. Over all customer service is really poor . Will not be recomending or sending anyone to this location.
Very bad attention, you call to pay and they tell you that you cannot make your 6-month payment, that you can only pay for the month. more
The most exasperating customer service I have ever received. To give me a quote, we had to talk about my life and the life of the guy who took care of me, who apparently doesnt want to lose clients
