Great company to work for, great structure and organization. Compensation at the inspector level is substantially better than some major competitors, and with no deviations from job descriptions. The over all company culture is second to none and my direct supervisors Charles, Robin and Shelly were amazing, always open to suggestions or willing to lend a hand.

Do not believe anything in their report, and here why:1- when the car deliver to us the check engine light was flashing OBD scanning finding were: : 1- P0174 FF 2-P0205 FF 3- P0305 FF 4- P0316 5- U2064-E0 6- U3000: 97-8, also the back up camera not working.in their condition report, there is no check engine light , also the back up camera not working.Arbitration says, there is nothing wrong, and our inspection guy fixed it, while I have to spend $751, also I have to spend more to fix the U codes and the back up camera.2- The car has frame damage, and not in their condition report. or any picture.Arbitration say, it is not their responsibility and will do nothing about it.I am attaching pictures of the frame damage and their condition report.

As a transporter, I enjoy working with them. They have an excellent service team. They offer great vehicle transportation rates and keep you busy working. They work with you by dispatching the vehicles you request according to your area and state. They are just easy to work with. If you are a transporter in CA, you should try and join them.

I wouldn’t recommend working at this place not only I but other girls in office had to deal with unfair employment the manager plus title clerks all have attitude and will not listen to what you have to say I’ve had bad experiences with them I’ve only worked two months and I had to find a new job because this environment is unhealthy they have coworkers lying and getting people fired for no reason. Please don’t work here they get a lot of bad complaints. 8/10 update today I received a call from the company that hired me and they asked for me to take down this review to show no negative with them and offered a job to do that this place is so unprofessional

This people they are cheaters and they dont respect their own rules on their warranty they never gonna make a fair deal with you, lately all cars that they sell are falling apart, 5 of my latest cars 1 broken engine , others serious mechanical problems and they dont want to pay me for their mistakes, they only will take the car back if is a good deal for them because they can resell it soon. their personal are completely incompetent. I have sent twice DMV inspectors for this cheaters.

This auction has some problems. One issue is that they force you to use their transportation network and sometimes take over a week to bring you the vehicle. This is a problem because if you use a flooring line you pay for the vehicle the day you bought it. If it arrives in less than 4 days than its fine but it doesnt 50% of the time. They let their Texas buyers do their own transport but not Cali dealers... I dont get it. The worst problem is that if you get a great deal you never know if your actually going to receive the vehicle. I bought a sedan and after a week and half of waiting for it I finally called to see whats going on. They said the transport company cant find the vehicle because it was clearly resold to someone else who paid more after it was sold to me thought their auction. Mind you that I didnt receive any phone call or email about this and had to discover all this myself. Lame. I must admit that it only happened once and they gave me a free buy fee for it but that doesnt cover my losses and time. The prices are also the highest Ive seen but their condition reports are also the most accurate of any auction by far. This has to correlate. 90% of the vehicles Ive bought came better than the condition reports. Also their auction model is the best Ive seen because you can bid on a vehicle all the way till the end and they dont force you to make a decision in only a 1 min window. This has some advantages(no pressure and time to think) and disadvantages(late bidders and higher price) but works well for me. Putting all this out there so hopefully they fix someone of these issues because no place is perfect. Keep it up Carwave! Also, please give out some more free buy fees to your dealers cause we need them...

This is worse! I always purchased a vehicle with you guys, but you always mislead the information, they do not disclose issues about car as they mention, and when car arrived the car has frame damage , however, they disclose online that vehicle has no damage.

Wholesalers Beware. Was just refused arbitration on a 2010 Genesis which I purchased ( with the $95 As Described Guarantee). When I drove it upon receipt, the brake pedal went to the floor when applied. I applied for their arbitration. 7 days, 2 phone calls to my rep, two calls and an email to arb dept. later, I received a call and was denied any coverage. On the inspection report, under How it Drives the inspector listed Suspension noise but failed to list DOES NOT STOP!! Apparently, if it is not described, regardless of how obvious or dangerous the condition, it is not covered!

I tried to reach out to the sales rep, customer service, transportation dept as well as the payment section. They do NOT respond to neither calls nor emails. THIS TRANSACTION BECAME A NIGHTMARE. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ANY MORE.

I buy cars from carwave and they are always late in delivering titles to us. I had over 15 titles they delivered after 6 months which I find it very illegal. They always sell cars without titles, which is illegal.

Carwave over all is good at various auction practices.But where the lack is on there arbitration communication and follow through. Today i got my first email from them on a vehicle in arb.thats a huge step in the right direction.But the title issue is huge and with the new BOE AND DMV LAW CHANGES TAKING EFFECT ON JAN 1ST 2021.We as independent dealers must clear in 50 days and pay the sales tax to clear it .Independent dealers only ,as usual we get the brunt.Carwave sort of treats us, independent dealers some what similar. New car stores ,LARGE WHOLESALE ONLY DEALERS,can sell ,but we cant.They love to take our money.BUT WE CANT SELL THROUGH THEM, Kind of predatory,prejudice ,against us independent dealers.They have there mechanics who can check out our cars! So why the issue.Back to the title issue Ive got 2 vehicles over 92 days OUT no titles.THE STORIES IVE GOTTEN.IVE BEEN TRYING TO ARBITRAIT ONE OF THEM FOR 20 DAYS.IVE BEEN TOLD THAT AFC LOST THE TITLE BUT TO FIND OUT THAT CARWAVE HASNT BEEN PAID BECAUSE THEY HAVENT SUBMITTED IT FOR PAYMENT HUMMM.LIKE I SAID EARLIER THEY DO ALOT OF GOOD THINGS BUT THIS IS AN expensive problem for us independents.late fees lenders asking for buy backs because we cant get a validated reg.IM also a Nada member and Naida member.

Never received my titles to my vehicles I tried calling them and they never respond , and when they do respond they say that the titles were sent somewhere but somehow it was my fault and I have proof that they sent it to the wrong address

I have been buying cars from carwave for over four years now and find it very comfortable and secure. There hundreds of cars available every week of all years and brands. There great amount of choices from a $200 to $100,000+. Deliver is always on spot and transportation is quick and cheap. Overall a great place to do business with.

I remember when Carwave first started off as Fresh Trades and although they have grown a lot since then, they constantly make sure that dealers have all the resources they need! They havent lost their customer service touch especially with smaller independent dealers like myself. I recommend them if youre looking for other avenues to get some more inventory.

In my 20 years in this business the few times I have trusted auction condition reports when buying online is why I do not trust auction condition reports and never buy online. Well thanks to COVID 2020 as I call it, I found myself being forced to find a way to make online buying work for my dealership. I tried several of the newer auction sources that have popped up and again have been less than impressed. That is until I stumbled on CarWave. I can not tell you as a dealer how important it is to have trust in who you are buying from. The condition reports they provide from actual mechanics are by far the best in the nation when it comes to auctions. The transparency in their fee structures, transport rates and auction guarantees are always a guessing game at most all other other auction sources. I will say honestly that only 1 car has been as described out of the many I have purchased from CarWave. ALL of the others were BETTER than described. I have purchased a few vehicles and each transaction has been smooth! Basically a one step process. The handle transport, flooring, and everything. A lot easier than other auctions.

Fair warning not the greatest inspection, damages always appear to be slightly more than decscribed. Photography of paint daamage or body damage is always in favor of the car instead of taking the photo from several different angles. Arbitration fail they sold me car and it was supposedly dark blue and it arrived black. They said nothing they could do. There the ones standing in front of the car. Proceed with caution
