Booked a last minute deep tissue massage with Kenny and he was absolutely AMAZING! He was attentive, communicative, and very intuitive; by far the best massage Ive had since moving to the west coast! I will definitely be going back. Thank you Kenny!

The massage was okay but the atmosphere was terrible. It was difficult to relax when you hear EVERYTHING. Employees gossiping, other massage therapist speaking quite loudly to their clients after their treatments. Not to mention that their workers PUSH you to try and get a membership there, and for add-ons to your session. I tipped the lady that did my massage, since I know what its like to live on tips, however for a 90min massage, $10 aromatherapy, and tip...it was $150 for terrible atmosphere, and an okay massage. Wont be coming back. $10 bottle of aromatherapy below 🤦

This place isnt open. I was there October 4th 2020 for 30min outside waiting for someone to open. I left to Ross went shopping came back and still not open. No one answers the phone either, I left a voice mail. Still no response an hr later. Im from Chicago and a message envy member, so for this to be my first massage in california really sucked.

I regularly come and see Precilla, her technique is perfect. Her pressure is lighter and more relaxing and she is patient enough to focus on areas where there are knots. The rest of the staff is generally always nice, I seem to see different people at the front most times but everyone that I have spoken to has been kind and helpful.

Been going there for quite a few years and it seems it gets worse.High turnover with personnel, very expensive, seems the masseuses dont get much of a break between sessions. The sessions are not 1 hour. Theyre actually 45 to 50 mins considering they always come out about 5 minutes after my appointment, then you have a few minutes discussing what you want then they leave and come back 5 minutes or more later.Front desk are usually friendly but cant make decisions when there is an issue to be solved. They always have to get back to you.Ive been lazy and a procrastinator when it comes to ending my account......but thats going to change in few days.The masseuses are all completely different in their approach and not very knowledgeable for the most partIm going to use up my saved sessions, then canceling my account.

Went for the first time last week, and had an amazing massage with a very nice young lady. Not as pricey as I expected, either.

Aesthetician was a NO SHOW! I arrived early, filled out paperwork, and waited. Receptionist surprised I was still there and went to check. I came out of waiting area 20 min after my appointment was to have started to be told she DIDN’T SHOW UP! I read all the similar reviews but thought, naw...can’t really be that bad. But it was!!!

Never knew a facial could relax me more then a massage. Aaaaahhhh it was wonderful. Summer, my estiticion, was great. I was totally relaxed & Enjoyed the little bit of talking & chatting we did. My face feels so smooth.A place I will go back to again & again.

I was a member of Massage Envy for one year. 6 months after I stopped my membership they made an unauthorized charge. I called them and they said they would correct it. Two weeks later it was still on my account. I called again and was told it was an IT problem they were working on and a manager would call me back. No one EVER called me back. I had to call my bank to dispute this charge. My bank said this was not an unusual practice for Massage Envy. Whatever good experience I had is long gone and I am warning everyone to stay clear!!!

Dominique Brewer was RUDE and very unprofessional! I left an email to franchise with my complaint and the last person I expected to respond with their half ass apology was the same person I complained about! Thats the last person I wanted to speak to- I was refused my massage due to a medication I am on. However, I just had a massage two weeks prior at a different location and they didnt have a problem with the medication I was on. I demanded a refund since I was denied service and was refused that too- I had a membership with 6 massages prepaid for but since I canceled my membership, all of my massages were automatically expired?!?!! No one ever told me that! This place is a joke- I do not recommend this place!!!!

Steer clear of this place. They are more than happy to sign you up and take your money for a membership, but be forewarned: when its time to cancel, which they promise is something that is easy to do, they will rip you off for more money.A few months ago, I walked in to cancel my membership, and the woman at the front desk told me I could freeze my account for up to 6 months with no payments, no penalties, etc. In fact, she ENCOURAGED me to freeze my account.I called today to cancel my membership and was told I will be charged another $60 to reactivate my membership so it can be canceled. Huh? Let me get this straight, I have to reactivate my membership, pay you more money, and then youll cancel it? I now understand why they ENCOURAGED me to freeze my membership.i explained to them that I was never told about this. Had I not been mislead by them and lied to, I would have cancelled and not frozen my membership when I first asked about this a few months ago. They didnt care they just kept repeating the same thing over and over again talking to me like I was an idiot and this was my fault. They kept referring to policy and the agreement I originally signed. They didnt care that their staff mis-communicated with me, lied, mislead, etc. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied.This place is an f-ing rip off. I never would have joined had I known this is how they treat customers. Join at your own risk!

Very unprofessional place!! I made an appointment with specific date and time. Its the day of my appointment, I show up and the receptionist tells me that they apologize but my massage therapist had to cancel and at THAT time, they couldnt find my number to notify me. Really now? Couldnt find my number? But yet at the time of booking my appointment they bombarded me with questions getting my contact information. Clearly the name and phone number are the first two questions they ask you, OH and your credit card information. They cant forget that! So, they couldnt find my number to call and cancel??? I really needed this massage and they didnt even bother to notify me until I was at their location. They are very unprofessional with communication. No wonder this place has a 3 star rating. I would give a zero if I could. I will NEVER come here again!

Definitely my least favorite of the locations Ive been too. The staff just arent as friendly but the massage therapists we good.

Worst Service....stay away from this place. You will spend so much time in cancellation. Plus, you need to go in person and manager is the only one allowed to cancel. Such a headache.......
