We had a complicated job to remove an enormous limb (3’ diameter) on a magnificent oak tree that broke off, but not completely, it was still partially attached because a neighbors tree kept it from completely breaking free. We needed it removed without further damaging the neighbors tree or our oak tree. We were very impressed with the care and time Gene’s took to successfully remove it and their willingness to work with us to make it happen. They were prompt, affordable, and tenacious without being reckless. We were very happy and our enormous, majestic oak wasn’t damaged any further. We are so grateful.

Very disappointed in this business. My husband and I called for an estimate. A worker came out within a few days and gave us a very fair, reasonable quote. When we went to call to schedule for the service (within a week), we left a message. A week went by and no response. We left yet another message stating that we would like to move forward with the job and asked if they would return our call. That was 2 months ago. We never got a response still to this day. Very unprofessional not to respond to customers.
