I totalled my truck on the highway and while I have no problem with the tow itself, my bill after 2 days was like 465 dollars!!! Also want to charge me 165 dollars to get my personal belongings out of the truck?!?! I dont even know if that is legal but at very least in poor taste. That truck was my livelyhood. I just wanted my belongings back thats all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My mom was in a car accident, and her car was towed to Airport Towing. The staff helped me get access to her vehicle to collect her belongings. They also let my son check out their big tow truck! Thank you for being so kind.

I was inside of my semi truck, the tow driver blocked me and hook the bobtail. When I came out, I asked that I want to leave, and he told me to pay 425$. Called sheriff department, the sherif came and told there is nothing he can do. I guess it’s normal to tow trucks if there are people inside in KY And police gets the money from them, the same racketeering, just legal. Shame on this company and shame on law enforcement of city of Hebron, KY. Hope karma will come back to you 😉

We broke down in a busy intersection with my 84 year old Mom with us. They were only a few minutes away and got there quickly. The driver was very friendly and got our car to a garage & even gave us a lift to our hotel. Mom had fun riding in the truck!

My mother passed and my I rented a storage unit to put her belongings in until I had a chance sort things out. Couldnt fit it all in the unit I rented. I had to wait til morning so I parked it in a well lit parking lot of a Walmart. Not impeding anything. Spoke with management and they said it was fine. Needles to say, it was towed by Airport towing. At random now. Nobody complained or called them. $415.00. to get it released. Crooks they are. Totally unprofessional and rude with no compassion. I told him my situation and he told me he could care less. Bring the money and I.D. somebody needs to investigate their crookedness! Did I use this business? Ha! They used me. I felt dirty when I left their lot. Definitely a racket!

They’re running a racket on big rigs hooking too them and making them pay astronomical fees to disconnect from them. Or towing off lots with hidden signs and charging $850 for less than an hour worth of work. Am contacting Kentucky AG and us Ag as a retired cop I will also be contacting FBI to investigate them since local cops there are probably getting a kickback from the Tow Company.

The prices are crazy. They make a lot of money from our troubles. My bill is $7200 for truck towing. Its the unimaginable sum for our family. Im very upset. I dont know what to do. This business was called out to give me a tow in rush hour traffic. They were quick to respond and were complete professionals when they got there and the car was running. This business will be called if I ever need help on the 275 loop. Absolutely top notch!!!

This company is absolutely disgusting. They prey on truck drivers. They silently come and hook up trucks with the drivers inside resting and THEN AFTER HOOKING THEM UP they charge them an absurd ransom to let them go. They don’t even warn them or anything beforehand. What an absolutely obnoxious and scummy business practice. This should be illegal. So disgusting.

My sister and her husband got into a car accident, the police used this place for towing. They forgot their XBOX in the car after they had released the car and they had already gotten their things out. They held it for an entire week for them to come back down and get it. They even helped them get the trunk open on their Volkswagen when the battery was unplugged. Thank you SO much for the wonderful service.

I’ve been in the auto business for 33 yrs and the laws with towing must be changed and regulated . They hold ur car ransom and there is nothing you can do . They can sell it, title it, part it out charge you whatever they want . Consider it abandoned all Without repercussions. This place should change its name to Mafia Towing . I had a trailer in a lot for 3 hours while working close by. This company towed the trailer and then charged me $215 cash to get it back. To me they are running a scam.

When you call after hours someone should ba able to tell you if they have your car or not but hey the guy wasnt rude.

These guys get a bad rap for keeping truckers off private property. But they really do have some of the best operators and trucks in the tri-state area. They may not be cheap, but you get what you pay for.

We had to call a tow company to get our daughters car out of a bad spot and I remembered that Airport brings cars into the dealership that I work at. Joe the driver was very quick to show up and to get the car out. Especially for a holiday. The pricing was very fair considering the last time I had to get a tow. Thank you again for the good Service.

Charged my insurance $1100 recovery fee and $1100 clean up fee and did absolutely nothing. I just passed where my Sleeper Fairing has been lying for over a month. The tow was a really simple job hook up and roll off. Just awful use someone more ethical.

Unfortunately I had to wait until the next morning to recover the vehicle and incurred an unwanted storage fee. They dont have 24 hr office staff that would permit you to recover the vehicle immediately and avoid a storage fee. This is especially troublesome during inclimate weather.

DO NOT give you business to this company. They tried to tow one of our trucks while our driver was sleeping inside and then held the truck hostage until we pay up. Absolutely disgusting criminals. You are better off setting your vehicle on fire than to get it towed by these scumbags.

GOD FORBID YOU HAVE TO GET TOWED BY THESE CRIMINALS. THEY TOWED MY TRUCK AND TRAILER, CHARGED $9000,00. WE PAID THEM AND SENT A RECOVERY TRUCK TO RECOVER THE TRAILER AND THE FREIGHT AND THEY REFUSED TO RELEASE THE TRAILER. WE ARRIVED AT 4:50PM AND THEY SAID THEY ARE CLOSED AND TOLD OUR DRIVER TO GET OFF THEIR PROPERTY, EVEN THOUGH WE ARRIVED BEFORE 5:00PM

Terrible attitudes. They only want your money. 295 tow fee plus 35a day. They dont want to help anyone but themselves.
