Went today for exterior clean only ($17 package, $22 with tip). I normally do it myself at home but have been too busy lately and didn’t want to let it go. Car looked okay but no better than a $10 touch less. Wheels were still very dirty, as was the front of the car. I always give a tip at these places but next time I will check over my car before doing so. Waste of time and money when you still have to finish it at home.

Just home from having the Ultimate, most expensive, car wash. Noted cup holders not cleaned out. Trash and crumbs left between center console and front seats. Dried drips on drivers seat, door running boards and around the radio. I still had dried bugs on the clean windshield and more on my front lights and hood. After I got home I worked on removing the bugs. I had to wash my rag 5 times in hot water it was so black from my hood and lights. Oh dear....

Ok last time I am using Johnnys. Paid 22 dollars and console is dirty and not even wiped off. Didnt even tell me the car was done, had to go ask.

I tried Johnnys for the first time because my regular place was having a parking lot resurfaced and I really needed the car washed. They did an okay job. I purchase the $28 Ultimate Wash and the car looks okay. They did not wipe out cup holders or clean the rearview mirror.

For $28 dollars they just didnt do a good job at all on the interior. There is obvious dirt that they should have gotten with the vacuum, they didnt wipe out the console compartments and the wheels still have dirt on them. Not pleased with this level of service for the price.

Nice and good pricing especially for the vacuums. You get a Vacuum on each side of your car and get 8 minutes for 2 dollars which is plenty time. Always helpful staff and they dont give you hassle if one of their machines doesnt give you whatever you bought out of it.

Great car wash for the value. The basic car wash for $8 is a great deal and includes hand drying / polishing to remove those stubborn bug splats that a fully automated car wash just won’t get .

Theyre over priced, and it still had dried Cicada on the windshield. Not impressed at all.

My floor mats where very wet, and I wish they would have dried the car more. I paid for the manager special.

👎Big price for unacceptable service. Upgraded to $22 to have inside cleaned but my bad!Read sign to leave hatch up if back needs vacuumed??? Glitter still in back seat from Christmas presents, had to pullover to adjust mirrors. Spoke to manager, offered to vacuum free but not convenient and I wont be back.

Wasnt that great. Paid $28 to clean my car. Cup holders were not touched, still dog bone crumbs everywhere. I am pretty disappointed. Was going to make an appointment to get mud out of my car but if this is how it is done will just go to Ritchies car wash and do it myself. Nothing in my console is clean. Outside is good, but inside is pretty bad

Stopped to get my car cleaned inside and out. Was very pleased with the outside. The inside thats another story. Did not see the back of it until I opened the hatch back and the back door. Not vacuumed. Doors on inside not wiped down. Not pleased at all. For the price that I paid for the ultimate car wash didnt get what I expected.

Its a good quick wash. Car never comes out as clean as I think it should. I always have to go home and wash some part of it. Tires or grill.

Young kids who don’t care, poor quality- still had dirt on the rear of my car after the wash. Girl just walked away didn’t say thank you, have a nice day....nothing. Sooo many other choices out there - wouldn’t recommend this one.

They wash weather tech floor coverings, no charge and they vacuum with the cheapest wash. Soft brush wash, my 2018 pick up truck is the cleanest of any car wash.

Went to Walmart to buy wipes to do the job myself after they got finished

It was overpriced based on my experiences with other car washes. Over all they did an average job. They failed to attach my driver floor mat and as I was driving away the mat slipped under my brake petal. But thank goodness I didnt have to make a sudden stop I guess .

They need to use a separate, cleaner cloth to wipe down the interior glass. Too many times I have cloudy steaks all across my windshield. I have to get out and wipe it down myself to be able to see out my windows. They often miss dusting/ wiping down the dash. They dont vacuum the hatch area unless you tell them to. On the up side though, they clean those door jams and anything below the door handles well! You get the best personal attention when you pay for the full service package. (Of course) Id still pick Johnny s over the other guy any day.

They just Smeared the windshield and didnt even clean the back one,they was 2 girls working together, March 4th around noon

I paid for the most expensive wash they had, yet the back of my van was not vacuumed out the dashboard still had dust on it. Not even an attemt given to wipe it off. I figured I would just suck it up and post this review. I gave the two stars the very nice cashier it was a young girl and deserves credit for doing a good job.

I have been to almost every car wash in the area and I had one of the best experiences here. The service was excellent. They took their time and removed some stains off of the windows (I had just bought the car) and they didnt miss even the smallest details, inside and out. Dash and interior was spotless. Maybe I just went on a good day, but the ladies did an excellent job.

I normally wash my own cars but there are times when you are just too busy and you need to call on a professional. Johnnys is just that place. A local institution for years, they are just the best. They offer many different services from just a plain low cost wash to a complete redetail of your vehicle for an additional charge. You have the choice. They are both fast and friendly so dont forget to tip their people! As always, Enjoy!

I paid for $24 for the Ultimate Wash and $45 to have my seats cleaned and came away sorely disappointed in the job they did. The woman who cleaned the seats told me that everything came out of the seats real good but when I got home, my passenger seat, which was soiled because of my dog (not poop...ha) looked almost no different than when I started. They only half-way cleaned my dash and the vacuuming was very halfway done. AND, they NEVER do a good job on the windows. . I probably need to find a new car wash to go to.

Spent almost 30$ for a car that wasn’t even properly vacuum out the back seat looked like it wasn’t even touched. Crumbs everywhere mats wasn’t washed off still crumbs in the mats. I asked if they vacuumed out my sons car seat. “We don’t do that here” the worst car wash I’ve ever received I will never go back. Once it was out the wash I sat for 4 mins and they called my car to be done. Ridiculous!!

Place has gone way down hill over the last year. Have used them for a few years because they were very good and car always great. Over the last year the quality of cleaning has dropped from what I would have considered excellent to poor at best.I wont be using them again.

Went in with van for an in and out. Windshield is still dirty inside and the back of van not vacuumed. Was told they dont do the backs of vans and SUVs because they dont vacuum trunks. There is a big difference between a trunk and back of a van or SUV. Johnnys used to be a good carwash not anymore. I will stay with Classic or Mikes from now on.

I drive in and hoping that my van can get it clean. I pay for ultimate service. I even ask a guy to vacuum the back of my van. That’s why I left it open but they didn’t even vacuum nor clean the inside of my van. They left it untouched and just let it run into the car wash and that’s it. Even the outside is not clean. I usually go to mikes car wash and I just wanted to try Johnny car wash since they do clean the inside for u. But they didn’t even clean it for u. And they left my van running with my door open. They didn’t tell me that it was done. Really poor customer service and I will not recommended this place. I rather go back to mikes car wash.

Car was clean...once I found it. Also, the girls working were openly discussing how easy it would be for a car to be stolen, as there is no system to check to be sure the owner is getting the car. This is not something to hear when you’re sitting in the lobby. I walked out to my car unattended with the keys in the ignition, door wide open. Sad first experience. Not likely to return.

It is a good place, if you are in a hurry and want a good job cleaning your car.

Went to get my car washed was not greeted at front desk with as much as a hello. So I paid was waiting on my car and the girl behind the counter started spraying air freshener my way. I said is everything ok? She said will you wait outside you smell like a blunt.. smh lol.. I said ok. What I do on my personal time in the year 2020 is no ones biz. Especially when Im paying you for a service. Disrespectful peeps. I can see why they have a 3star review.

Just left the car wash after purchasing the $25 ultimate wash. I must say it was probably the worst car wash I have ever received from a business. Interior was not clean, passenger side windows were still dirty. When asked if they could wipe off the passenger side windows, one of the girls sprayed a small amount of window cleaner wiped once and said “it won’t come off”. I left and went to Kroger’s and bought some window cleaner, guess what? 20 secs later both windows were dirt free lol. Won’t be back...

Someone needs to retrain the employees that wipe down your car. They spend a lot of time talking to each other and not focusing on what they are doing. They also don’t do a very good job of wiping the doors down. Last time I take my car there, absolutely not worth 21$.

Paid $24 for ultimate wash. They did not do a very good job vacuuming my car. Did not touch the hatch at all. When I left noticed there was still a smudge left on my front windshield. On top of all of this, all but cashier were very rude to me. Will not be going back.

Good location. however I have never been there when everything was working. The tire brush that rotates in-op. chain that pushes cars through in-op. They had to drive my car threw the wash and the past was faster then the chain. If it does not get better they will force me to go to Mikes

There was no dog. I suggest a dog in a bow tie to do the register and little dogs to clean . I love dogs. I would change my review from 5/5 to 14/5.

Very friendly, but they didnt vacuum my car out very well and smeared my windows. You can see where they sprayed my dash and console and didnt wipe it off. Never going back.

I think this is the best car wash in Northern Kentucky. My car comes out looking like it came off the show room floor every time!

Went yesterday 3/13/19 for the $25 ultimate wash. Worst experience I have had there. My van was NOT cleaned on the inside, not even a little. I too had to go to Kroger immediately after and buy supplies to clean it myself. Absolutely ridiculous and must have had a lazy worker. I will not be back as I can clean it better myself for free.

Decently priced for the service. Interior cleaning is not nearly as thorough as Id like. Typically let down on dash and window cleaning.

Took my car for the ultimate wash. Car was in the shop for a full week having the radio noise capacitors replaced after the car was not dried properly. Back seat was not swept and inside driver side door was sprayed but not wiped. Never going back!

They did a real good basic wash! The staff was extremely friendly. Its definitely worth the few extra bucks😊

This car wash is terrible l, I paid 24 dollars for the ultimate wash and free charity car washes do a better job. They did nothing described sub as clear coat, tire dressing, they didn’t touch the windshield. Stay away from this car wash as I will never return.

Do not take your car here ! This is the worst car wash in the area . I usually go to classic car wash on industrial but was in the area and decided to try johnnys . The wheel brushes dont work and the car came out still dirty . Told the owner about the wheel brushes not working and he said that the other brushes in the car wash takes care of it . Well thats bull because I still have brake dust on them . Dont waste your money here . This is a run down car wash. He doesnt want to spend money on maintenance but loves to take your money and not tell you that some of his parts are not working .

The staff was friendly, but the product was mediocre. I paid for the top wash option ($24) and while the automatic wash seemed to clean the car well, the staff cleaning the insides of the windows, wiping the mirrors, etc., left some edges dirty and smeared the windows in other places. I was not upset enough to complain or ask them to do anything again, but I have gotten much more thorough cleanings at other places in the city for less money.

Took great pains with my CRV. The even vacuumed the cargo compartment. It took a few extra minutes but I was very appreciative of the interior cleaning especially.

Good car wash and service for a larger car. I have a small car, and they put no effort into actually washing the back half of my car. Staff is nice but some of the younger workers are a bit dismissive; you can tell its just a side job for highschoolers.

The Erlanger Johnnys Car Wash usually does a pretty good job on a regular car wash although lately does not stand out above the rest. We tried their interior car detail service which was $115.00. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. It really didnt look or smell much different than when we dropped it off. We complained and they agreed it was not their best job and offered a discount and a redo. The next day, (they have had our car for two days now) and it still was not acceptable. I think they wiped out the ashtray with the extra day they had it. Our car was not dirty to begin with. We had changed owners and wanted a fresh start. Upon complaining again, the manager refused the discount he promised the day before and refused to do anything else. The interior that was to have the upholstery cleaned, smelled exactly the same. Nothing looked or smelled fresh. In the future, we will look for someone else to detail the interior. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Just tried this place for the first time.. dirt still on the car. Wash included a wipe and vacuum of inside and wasn’t even touched. Dust still very visible and not wiped. Not going to be going back.

Johnnys is a good place to go get your car vacuumed and washed quickly. Down fall is its costly and not always done very well. But overall its ok

I have been going here for probably 30 years but within the last few months they have declined to armour all my car. I think they do not want to spend the time which is just poor service for me because I am unable to do it myself
