Jeff and his team were amazing!!They had an incredible task ahead of them when they started our project! Installation of windows, sliding door, front door and complete siding, including re-sheeting, wrap and install of vertical siding and trim.They were so easy to work with, they took our concerns to heart, treated our home like it was their own. Cleaned up everyday before they left, even taking a magnet to pick up the hundreds of nails. They provided a dumpster along with a porta-potty for the crew.We have people stop by when we are out and tell us what a transformation our home went through, and how beautiful it turned out. We recommend then to anyone we know who is looking for services they provide.

In November we purchased a vintage circa 1900 cottage in Old Town Erie which, while quaint, was in desperate need of siding and roofing. Luckily for us, we learned of Jeff Arnold’s Complete Exteriors of Colorado; we could not be happier. Jeff analyzed our project and made recommendations helping us understand the pros and cons of the various options. His bid included a number of possible contingencies which would be typical in the upgrade of a one hundred twenty-year-old structure…. items which would come off the bill in the event they were not needed. No surprises! His crew was talented, efficient, pleasant and thorough, clearly particularly good at their trade and leaving the worksite clean every night. Jeff and or project manager, Zach, looked in several times each day to see if we had any questions, and to offer recommendations and options throughout the project. In the prep for installing new siding, Jeff’s crew discovered numerous deteriorating studs and plates in the framing, and a near complete absence of insulation. Jeff immediately detailed options…. the best being a complete repair and full new insolation throughout, which his crew completed at minimal additional cost and within the original timeline of the project. We set out for a cosmetic upgrade… but we wound up with a gorgeous exterior protecting the newly improved structural integrity and energy efficiency of our Erie home. In our view, the five stars available to color gold are not enough…. Jeff’s Complete Exteriors is the best! We wish he were available for our Montana projects.

We asked Jeff to repair/replace the Vinyl Siding on our rental house. He was just on it 100%. He took the time to coordinate with me, the tenants, & the paint company who followed him, which was really helpful. The work is flawless and the tenants were not bothered by his crew.Heres the best part - After the job was done, we noticed further repairs that we had failed to communicated to Jeff. We called and he sent his foreman out to fix it before the painters showed up, and he fixed it for FREE. Outstanding.

We had our vinyl siding replaced with HardieBoard vertical board and batten, and from the first call with the owner Jeff Arnold, to the project manager Zach, every aspect of the job was friendly, professional, informative, and inclusive. Any special requests we had, Jeff accommodated with a smile. My favorite line he said to me when I mentioned something was fine, was I dont do fine, I want you happy, and happy we are. They pulled our house together in one week and it looks worlds better than before. If our warrantee wasnt so long, Id definitely use Complete Exteriors of Colorado again, and absolutely would recommend to anyone. All of the stars!

I did a lot of research before selecting a company to replace the windows in my house. In the end, I was choosing between three good options, and it came down to trust. I ultimately chose Jeff Arnold and his company, Complete Exteriors of Colorado, because I was convinced they would do the best job on the install. Jeff answered all my questions and gave me the assurance that the job would be done right. The install went smoothly and everything turned out great! The project manager, Zach, was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there were a number of punch list items that we had to work through after the install, and I felt like some of those items should have been caught up front and addressed without me having to flag them. That having been said, they were very responsive to all my follow up requests and they ultimately did a great job. I plan to use them again when I finish replacing the rest of my windows and a sliding patio door.

Although we had problems with one of the new windows being installed this was NOT due to Complete Exteriors. In fact, they were up front with us as soon as they discovered, it and they did not want to install something that did not meet their exacting standards. Had they gone ahead I honestly may not have noticed the problem until much later. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism and would highly recommend them for any of your exterior projects. They even installed a section of new siding for us and that came out great too! Jeff Arnold was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed throughout. Finding good, reliable contractors who treat your home as if it were their own is always a challenge. You will not be disappointed going with Complete Exteriors!

Any project on a 135 year old house has its challenges. Jeff and his crew were open, honest, and transparent from day 1. His estimates are detailed and clear - Jeff made sure we were confident and understood every detail. There were no surprises. Schedules were met, communication was open and regular throughout the job (and even after). Our original Old Town Erie miners home now sports 16 new windows, hardy siding and a beautiful front door. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. His crews are great people - hard working, meticulous and kind with true pride in their work. I would hire them all again in a heartbeat and recommend them to you without hesitation.

Even though I didnt use this company, I am giving them five stars because of how honest and ethical they were during the quote process. I believed we needed new siding so I reached out to Complete Exteriors of Colorado. After doing an inspection, they said that unless our goal was to upgrade our siding to something more durable, they would recommend we just have somebody repair it instead of paying to replace it. They could have easily quoted me for new siding since I believed it needed to be replaced; instead, they gave me an honest assessment and other options, even though those options meant I wouldnt use them at this time. I am happy to find such an honest company in our neighborhood and should the time come when we need new siding, they will be my go-to.

We hired Complete Exteriors of Colorado to replace our vinyl siding and would highly recommend their services. We worked directly with the owner, Jeff, and the project went very smoothly. Everyone on their crew was friendly and professional. They cleaned up each evening, let us know where things stood throughout the project, and asked for our input when needed. When we had a snow delay, we knew the night before that they wouldn’t be there and when they would begin. There was a project manager on site each day of the project, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend this company. They installed a total of five windows in my home. Their prices were fair and their craftmanship was outstanding. This was sold wood windows so they had to stain them and they look amazing. I will continue to use this company in the future and they are a local company so that is a plus. They had onsite supervision during the entire project which was a plus.

Exceptional Staff and Service! We have worked with Jeff Arnold on new windows and patio doors for two homes (sold the first one and moved to a fixer upper). Jeff came to both of our homes for a consultation and measured all windows even though we were replacing them incrementally but that this would save us time in the future. Our attempts to install a new french door began in February with a big box store and finally ended happily with Jeff, Zach, and their crew in October.After three failed attempts to receive a proper/non-damaged door from the big orange box, we were recommended to Complete Exteriors of Colorado - best recommendation ever! Jeff and Zach came onsite to prep the quote, spent time taking accurate measurements, asked questions and offered solutions to existing problems. They interfaced with the equally awesome new door vendor to make sure everything was ordered correctly and then Zach and his team did an outstanding job of installing the new door just days after its arrival. Old door out, new door in less than 7 hours. In addition, they were able to build a custom door trim for the door, per my specifications. It all looks so awesome!Complete Exteriors is now on my auto recommend list to anyone in need of the services they provide.
