Update: We are stranded and waiting for road side assistance was told 45 min over 2 hours ago to be told 45 min again all for something we should have been warned about upon renting. No disclosure of potential occurances or even any info given prior. Now we are stranded and awaiting assistance hopefully it can be resolved.🤔

We are from Georgia moving our daughter to South Carolina . We were visiting at this location, Dylan said, he didnt have anything in inventory but, he would check the area and get back with us by four. He sure did and I appreciate this young man is a man of his word!!!

Very bad experience. If you not living around the area and don’t have a cashiers check you not going to be able to rent a truck. The clerk Geoffrey sucks he told my dispatcher I can use the money orders so I made 10 of them for the grand total of 10k deposit by Walmart after running back and forward at the all banks in this town to get a cashiers check he refused to accept them.Money orders are not certified (what a joke).He refused to use my Credit card when the other clerk told me by phone it can be used.What a waste of time and money.So be careful guys try to avoid this place.

I have rented from Penski a number of times. Some good, some poor but mostly good. This office however, worst ever. The only class 8 sleeper they had was a total wreck. Lasted just a few days and had to trade it in at the Cincinnati yard... but that wasnt my problem. They have ripped me off on the billing. 4 different charges equaling $4,000. I had the truck for 16 days driving a total of 5,700 miles. They tried billing me for 3 weeks at the full rate (through company Im leased to we get a discount) over charged me on miles and tried claiming I turned truck in 100 gallons low on fuel... Fortunately I have the fuel receipt to prove that was a lie. My company is still trying to get my money back. Bad place to do business with. Highly recommend going down the road to 5 Star or Ryder.

Worst customer service ever had.. The guy Mike was extremely belligerent and even use profanity while discussing business not professional whatsoever
