A few years ago our neighbors hired them to trim our willow tree, they damaged our siding bringing in equipment. I called, they said they neighbor claimed they had our permission to use our yard. They did not and Star took no responsibility for damage. Same neighbors used them again to trim a branch that was broken hanging over their yard. They left a debris all over the yard and gardens. They broke two garden lights. The workers left their trash on our deck. Tried to contact them trough the website, 2 weeks later no response. Use them if you hate your Neighbors only.

They came right out when it was storming and took tree of are housethe crew was was very professional they did a great job will be calling them for more work to be done

Very unprofessional, quite rude. Disgrace for a decent lawn service in Erie, today we had a crew in our neighborhood on English Ave leave disrespect one our fellow neighbors, refuse to clean up their excess branches and trees, blocked our neighbors driveway and then threatened to harm him. Very unprofessional take your business else were, I recommend Kunco Landscaping if youre local to Erie.

I was given an estimate to have a large tree limb removed on a Sunday. I accepted the offer but I needed to get a piece of information to the owner which I did the same day. I asked for a return call to verify he received the message and to determine the day they would arrive. Five days later, no contact whatsoever. Obviously, I called another company to do the work. If you are looking for good customer service, you wont find it here.

These guys did a great job! Very quick and professional. They cleaned up and were gone in a very short period of time. I would recommend them for anyone who needs fast, good, dependable service!
