Lady at the front desk is SO rude! I went in with donations that I was told they could use and all she did was give me a cold hard glare the entire time. I walked in the door and she just staired at me like I was retarded or something. I told her I had donations and she snapped at me asking if I had called before coming in. I did call beforehand, but either way why should it matter! Coustomer service is something to take pride in! This company apparently cannot! I don’t have to donate items here! Next time they’ll go to someone else who’s more deserving.
