She showed the differences of string action and neck feel so I could determine what I needed. But I was amazed at the great prices she has from strings to guitars the best price in Erie that Ive seen. Im just a music lover not a pro but Ive been playing guitar for ten years so Im not a beginner and this wasnt my first guitar. I needed my guitar fixed as it had dead spots on some frets and found Key Note Guitar online for guitar repair. Ricki Leigh looked at it and said it was lack of humidity and needed to be heavily humidified for a week. So I left it with her and a week later she called to tell me the guitar played perfect again. When I picked it up I got a humidifier at her store and she advised me how to use it. After hearing Ricki play my guitar I signed up for lessons because I would like to write my own songs and Ricki showed me the studio for lessons and for the price its worth it. I called around for a Gibson and nobody had what I was looking for and came across Key Note Guitar and called. Ricki Leigh was very knowledgeable and directed me to her ebay ad that had just what I been lookin for. I stopped by after I saw the guitar online and the guitar was an older Gibson LP custom that she had refurbished and set up it wasbetter than what Ive seen for used guitars. I scooped this up for my son and he talked with Ricki and saw her studio and signed up for lessons. Its a small shop but I give it a 10 for knowledge and service. Greg
