Poorly packaged meat in plastic wrap with twist ties that is not ready to get frozen and they did not clean up the meat or cut any fat off at all. If I wanted my deer quartered and put into plastic bags I would have done it myself. And yes I have butchered my own deer countless times before, I know I could have done a way better job than these guys.
Had a deer made into sausage there, 60 some lbs of sausage maple and Italian. Cost over $230 and its the worst sausage Ive ever had. Dry as a bone and salty. Go elsewhere for your processing.
I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with this processor of deer . I dropped off three deer and they only put meat in plastic bags with twist ties. It WAS NOT ready to be frozen, we had to repack everything to freeze. They charged $75 a deer for not very much processing. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Skip this place and go to a REAL processing facility.
