Okay, I have to say this is the BEST jewelry buying experience I have ever had! Casey and Christine were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about both of them! They explained everything thoroughly, took time to answer all of my questions, and I felt like I was shopping with old friends the whole time. Thank you ladies for such a great experience! I will recommend this store to everyone I know!

Usually a very good store/company to deal with but the Erie store didnt meet my expectations during a return. I recently ordered a necklace online at Zales & had the wrong necklace delivered top my house. The quickest way to return/purchase another necklace prior to Valentines Day was to drive to the closest store over an hour away from my home to do the return (Erie PA). But during the return I went from 6 months interest free on my Credit Card on this purchase. To having half of the purchase price interest free for 6 months on another purchase due to not having the correct necklace in stock? Why should I be punished for correcting Zales mistake? Seriously considering another Jeweler back in Lakewood NY. But I already have my wifes Engagement band/wedding band warranty through Zales.

I was treated with the best customer service I ever had. I needed my ring sized and my husband ring repaired. Everyone I delt with was so accommodating and nice it was so hassle free.

Havent bought anything yet, but the 2 people working there were very helpful in trying to find what I liked. The other jewelers in the mall wouldnt listen to what I was saying and just kept showing me random rings instead of in the styles I was talking about. Zales was much much better and they had a very nice price range. Even the cheaper rings looked much better than the expensive ones at the other stores.

Only friendly when you first walk in and want you to spend money. After you’re locked in the customer service is the worst! Never again will I buy from zales. They’re so rude and disrespectful, I can’t believe these people still work here.

I am not entirely sure what goes through the minds of the little better than cashiers sales staff of this establishment... but if Im spending a few hundred bucks on a single item, do you think rude behavior and treating potential customers like trash will get you a sale?..... May I ask what gives you this sense of being better than thou.....especially when you make 7 dollars an hour?... I was interested in a particular watch, but now will go back to jareds, from which I have gotten all my other watches.. including my movado..... only citizen and bulova?.... congratulations you have one semi-decent brand(bulova), and a horrendous staff to go with it!
