This is the best logistics company that I have done business with. Yes and I have been doing this for 30+ years. They have wonderful customer service. The folks at Logistics Plus CARE about you and do their best to take care of you. This includes when there are problems with carriers that happen from time to time. They go to bat for you. I highly recommend Logistics Plus. There are other companies out there which have not answered the phone after 5 PM, put me on endless hold because it was 4:59 PM, or not responded to e mail inquiries after hours. Logistics Plus is the BEST. And this is our actual experience.

Great 3rd Party Logistics company that I use daily. Website is easy to navigate and their team is very helpful. If an issue arises with one of the common carriers (which is out of their control) they are quick to contact them and resolve the problem. My company has been doing business with them for many years & will continue to do so.

Dear drivers avoid this company. My driver spent about 5 hours at the shipper. The broker denied to pay detention. Load ATG1121235 broker Ravinder Mathur. They dont respect the Drivers job.

Called in to ask some simple questions and just got passed from person to person on hold. Then when I called back later the man that picked up was angry before I even asked my question and then as soon as he answered my first question he hung up the phone immediately so I couldnt even ask a follow up question.

Great company to work for. Not perfect but rugged and always tries to find a way to say yes. Very laid back atmosphere but also dynamic and fast paced. The more informal and easy going tone should not be mistaken for a lack of urgency and demand for excellence in all that is done.

We have worked with LP on all the sides of a shipment - as the shipper, the receiver and the trucking company and all three phases have been fantastic! The dispatchers are some of the hardest working folks I know, are always friendly and wont stop until they have made things right when things go wrong (and if you know anything about logistics - you know things go wrong). I love working with LP, they are one of my favorite partners and I would absolutely recommend them for any logistics needs!

Logistics Plus always works hard to find solution to meet customer needs. They helped me win a new customer providing an integrated transportation solution that improved service and cost competitiveness.

We were a carrier for these people. They were demanding, dismissive, & rude, for starters. And once we said we arent going to be able to move any more loads for you, they started disputing charges on every invoice, & concerning a rate they originally agreed to, now they say they didnt understand the terminology in the quote. In addition, they pay very slow. At the end of October, we still have invoices open since July.To paraphrase an earlier review, Carriers beware, & avoid this broker.

Terrible.. Terrible.. Terrible..They were absolutely the worst shipping company we dealt with ever.For the first shipment: they picked it up then lost a box in the process. We had to run through a long tedious claim process to get the value back.For the second shipment: they also lost another box! Of course that lost box was going to a customer who charged us late fees. This is not the worst part. Whats worse is that they first admitted losing the box. Then once they found it was a high value item they blamed it on us! And we had to go through very lengthy claim process while suffering the lost value and waiting months!Stay away from these people. They are not professional and they are not honest.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Horrible company to do business with! Not even worth one star! Carriers be aware and stay away from this broker!

Terrible customer service. Those “awards” are based on lies. The CEO is a Chuck Taylor wearing hippie who will stab anyone in the back to save a buck. I will never do business with this company again.
