The Stair Busters company promptly responded to my insurance company to place the chair in my home. Andy McKowan brought material for us to review, demonstrated how the chair would function, and was cooperative working with our contractor remodeling our home. He recognized my insecurity about riding in the chair because of my poor equilibrium. To demonstrate my security, I took test rides to gain my assurance. Andy and his assistant installed the chair taking their time to properly install and review the function of it. Upon completion of the installment, our house was cleaned from their work. Andy then called later that day to get our review. He has also checked with us a few more times. The billing was done by the Stair Busters company directly to the insurance. We have no complaints and know, if we need anything, they are only a call away and will respond promptly. Thank you Stair Busters, I am able to enjoy our newly renovated family room downstairs!

Recently my 88 year old mother was confronted with her Acorn stair lift not working which meant she could not go up to her bedroom or use the upstairs bathroom to shower. We called for service and the service person who came from a dealership was not equipped to access the situation then said parts would be ordered but we were met with excuses as to why the parts or service never happened. We were extremely upset to see our mother trying to sleep on a sofa for a long period of time. We decided to replace the entire stair lift and called StairBusters. They were sympathetic to our need and the next day arrived to install a new lift for her. The installer was extremely careful while installing to not scratch her hardwood floor, taught her how to operate it and made sure she didnt have any questions. We also loved the fact the company shows their respect to military people by offering an additional discount. Our family is very impressed with StairBusters and highly recommend them.

These folks put in a chairlift several years ago for a relative, and when I inquired several times about a price or interest to remove it since the house was being sold, I never got a call back. That was my experience.

The crew came install was quick and clean up was awesome.
