Great management had an issue with the wash one time owner punched in a code and told me to make sure I took all the time I needed.

100% quality washing area. Great pressure and drainage. Plenty of room and staff, they take care of everything and pay close attention to it all. So, it is a FOREVER RESOURCE that is EFFECTIVE!!!!!!

Outstanding customer service! I had an issue using the new car wash app and sent an email to their customer service. I got a reply while still in the car wash and got my issues resolved by the time I got home!

I use both the manual car wash and the dog wash area. Not a big fan of how to soap is integrated with the water hose but what can you do. Works great to give the dogs a quick bath after playing in the mud. Clean facility for both the dog wash area and the car wash area.

The wash was ok but the vacuum sucks in not a good way. They didnt hardly pick up a thing.

I have been using Coal Creek Car Wash for a few years now and I have never had any issues and I am satisfied with every wash. I have made casual conversation with the owner when he is on site and he is always courteous, friendly and is focused on customer service. Great place and always happy to support local businesses!

Good carwash but if you use your credit/ debit card ot will charge you $25. Its done it to me twice and Im sure the 2and time I made sure to end my session.

Great place to get a wash. Ive only used the drive through portion and I go here because Ive had issues at other places with breaking wipers or mirrors, but this one is touchless and does really well at it. I had an issue once with our truck not being completely on the sensor and wrote the owner and got great customer service after the fact.

First time I’ve used this place. Everything worked great. I was skeptical of the no towel rinse but decided to give it a try. Much to my amazement, when I got home there were no spots!! 1000% better than the broken down junk at a car wash on Baseline in Lafayette. You are my new go to wash!

Fantastic wash for the price. Does a much better job washing AND drying than the new, much more expensive wash down the street. I have had a few communications with Coal Creek and they are fantastic to work with - A+ customer service. After attempting to wash elsewhere with awful results, I will never stray from Coal Creek again. Thank you!

Excellent! I have used this car wash several times and have always been pleased. Today I had some bird poop that was apparently really stuck on. I talked to the attendant about it after the automatic wash didnt get it and he not only made it right, but helped me get it removed and put me through the automatic wash again. Great service and products! They have earned my business!

Great touchless car wash, except it doesnt dry the car well and the vacuum only takes quarters.

Used to go to the touchless carwash in Superior near chic-Fil-a. Pricing about the same, but the difference in the product you get from the wash is completely different. I chose the step up from the basic wash and was surprised with how well it got the snow/salt grit off the car. Also great job on the spotless rinse/dry. Not a drip on the car! Ill be joining the club and hope to use you all winter.

Edit/Update: we were contacted by the owners and they figured out the item and fixed it as well as have us some free codes to rectify the situation. We are very appreciative!The carwash worked fine for the people in front of us, but when we pulled in, it started with soap and promptly got stuck. After waiting several minutes we attempted to call and reached voicemailSo my husband got out and opened the door from an emergency switch so we could get out and then rinsed the car off manually.

Unfortunately this is the only game in town for a decent car wash, though this will be changing when the in-line place opens up by Kings Soopers. The problem here is that there are only 2 automatic washers and they are the bay-style ones that can only wash one car at a time. A line of only 3 cars ahead of you means youll be waiting 30 minutes.

My husband loves this place and goes often. I, on the other hand cannot figure how to work it. Lol, even w my 23 yr old daughter could not figure out which position to be in at the right time. I have to laugh, tho.😂 Anyone else have that problem?

Good car wash. I always use the self service wash. All of the bays take credit cards or coins which is convenient. Like most car washes, they can be busy at times qith a long wait but that seems to be the case pretty much everywhere.

Pulled up to the east automatic bay today and (unfortunately) swiped my card while waiting for person ahead of me to finish. Noticed the gantry was damaged and collecting fluid and would dump it out on the persons car as it moved back and forth. When the person ahead of me tried to pull out, the exit door wouldnt open so she had to back out which used my rocker blaster. When I explained the situation to the kid overseeing things today and I asked for either a reset or my money back he could only say Im new here, dont know how, and cant get hold of my boss. So rather than losing my money I went through the wash and let it dump all the fluid on my car. When I pulled out, tried one more time to talk to the attendant, with no luck.Ive tried to contact these people a few times over the years (both phone and email) for gift certificates or bulk discounts and never once heard from them. Customer service has always been poor but now equipment is starting to get worse. Definitely heading downhill.Will only use the G3 by Costco from now on. Its $1 more for the top wash but I feel like the programmed cycle is better and seems to have been maintained recently.

Hmm, gone twice recently. More previously. Paid 140 for the works. Next Paid 9 for basic. Wont pay 14 again. Looked better without all the extras.

All the brushes and sprayers are well maintained. Place is clean. Has 3 do-it-yourself bays and two fully automatic bays. Takes credit cards and cash.

This car wash continues to be great, there are three automatic wash bays now, and all three of them work excellent. I did have an issue with the app once and the owner was responsible, apologetic and over-compensated me for the issue. Went above and beyond.

There are two manual wash bays and two automatic was bays. The automatic wash bays use some kind of guardrail system to guide the front driver tire into place to activate the wash. The rail system uses thick steel tubes that scratched up the wheels on my Lexus the last time I went there. Use at your own judgement and only if you dont care about your wheels or rims.

Use the spray wash only. I can use the spray foam and rinse my car for under 6 dollars. Very nice and clean with great condition parts to use instead of old worn out parts.

I put dollars in change machine to get change in quarters. Apparently the machine did not have enough quarters so it gave me 2 quarters and a ticket as a receipt for the remaining money it owed me. I have tried to contact the car wash to get my money but no one has returned my calls.

Facilities are clean, afternoons not crowded, has 2 auto car wash bays and 3 self cleaning bays.

One of the best no touch car washes Ive been to in the area. Theyve got an extra tall (~12 feet) do it yourself bay for RVs and trucks as well.

Ive always been happy with the results of my wash here but the prices still seem a little high for an automatic wash.

Touchless car wash, its all water jets. A little more expensive than other touchless car washes but its the only one in the area.

Do not use the automatic car wash at this location. Just went there and the car wash left dirt on the car and soap residue all over my car and windows. Terrible car wash for the $14.00 I paid for it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great wash, I use the un timed underbody wash to get all tge road salt washed away.

Its ok at this car wash its always super crowded and busy alway someone waiting behind you making u feel rushed and I think the soap is a little watery and the drive thru is really expensive I can get the $14 wash for $9 usually
