When my car was totaled by another driver. Every other rental car company had zero vehicles and had no idea when they could offer me a ride. There was little to no concern for my situation. Then I called Interstate Rental Cars. Not only did they immediately find me a great rental, they worked with my insurance company directly to ensure I was taken care of and could get to and from work with no concerns. The staff is top notch and their level of service is exceptional.

Recently I had to take my car in for reapirs and had a rental from Interstate for about 4 days. I spoke with Ernie on the phone, he was so nice and pleasant! He explained the vehicles available and the process to me very patiently, and arranged for my rental to be dropped off right at my house! I didnt catch the name of the employee who did bring the car over, but he was very polite and professional. 5 stars!

I love this rental agency. They are respectful and nice. They keep a good fleet of new and clean cars. They explain costs with no hidden fees. I utilize them when visiting family out of town. JR and Sandy are great individuals and salute to you for your great service

Only place that had a rental when everywhere from north east to all the places in erie didnt have any for like a week. Cheap too 🤑

Great price for the service but the fact that they were not willing to work with a customer even with a 200 deposit is unbelievable to me
