Went in to get hair cuts for my two boys. Three stylists were working with no customers in the salon. I was greeted by one of them the other two were on their phones. I was told that they were busy and the earliest time we could be seen was on Thursday (which is 6 days away). I realize that you need to make an appointment but I walked back in 15 minutes later and the salon was still empty. Very disappointed in the guest experience and my first time visiting. I would hope others have a better experience.

I have had nothing but issues with this location, one thing after another this morning I was told my haircut was canceled and said basically we can cut your hair Saturday. No apologies nothing just tough.well heres a thought all get my hair cut today and ask that to whom ever reads this never use this location for anything.

Anna Lynn is fantastic! Recently I injured my hand and couldn’t keep up with my beard, so I decided to treat myself to my first professional beard trim. I booked Anna Lynn and I’m very happy with her work on my beard, her attitude was pleasant, and she made me feel very comfortable. Roosters is a very nice facility, very clean and following covid regulations to the t. Booked another session right away. Great place to make a guy feel good.

Hair cut has been great every time. Customer service has been great each time as well. My only issue was price. Not sure what going rate is for mens hair cut with wash but man $35 seams expensive. I have $10 tip. So $45 out the door. Now tip is what I felt she deserved not what Roosters prices. I should also add they have been right on time for my scheduled appointment each time as well. Price was my only complaint. Place is also very clean.

Normally I love this place. But the last few times we have been there we feel more like an annoyance then a customer. Now today we brought our toddler in who by no means was being an angel but with a little snack and cartoons he sat still as they cut his hair. We were literally in there for about 5 minutes and it cost us 30 DOLLARS. That’s insane. For a toddler that it took 5 minutes to cut... 30 bucks. I’ll pass on this place from now on.

Hair cut and shave. Liked fade hair cut. I did get a bad burn on head / forehead. Very painful. 24 hour later realised head had been burned. Will not go back..

Definitely an upgrade from your typical in & out haircut place. Good customer service but the haircut had a few mistakes. Then again, I’m super picky.Edit: I went back a second time and Jesse did a great job! Definitely earned that 5 stars. 🤩

My son didnt have a haircut for over 5months he was so happy and confident with his haircut. I WISH I remember her name but she took over an hour because my sons hair was so long. Reasonable prices and I appreciate her cutting his hair during covid! Tip your barbers!!! The gals here are very professional and clean environment I never have anything bad to say here! I appreciate everyone who has cut my sons hair!!

I had a very pleasant experience getting a mens haircut with Dana! The place was super clean and you could tell immediately upon entering. I felt comfortable knowing that they took great care in the health of their customers and their employees. The rest of the staff was very nice and professional and I got a great haircut!!

Aaron cut my hair and trimmed my beard! Did an excellent job. Detail oriented. No complaints. I had an appointment but traffic was thick and I was a bit late, still Aaron was kind enough to take me. Still gave me all the time I needed.

I’ve been going to Anna N. for awhile and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE her! Not only does she know exactly what to do with my very thick and VERY CURLY hair, but she has become of my very good friends and I genuinely look forward to going to see her :)!!! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves from her boss and higher ups. Their next appointment was at 4:30 pm in 1 week. I showed up 15min early and the lady said I missed the appointment at 4, then she said they never call me because they didnt put my number down. So not sure if the hair cuts are good but if its anything like the person who setup my appointment its probably better I cut my own hair.

Friendly staff who did a good job cutting my hair. They are doing a great job with health and safety protocols during the pandemic: requiring masks, sanitizing surfaces, temperature checks at the door, having customers wash hands before sitting down.

Ive been going to Kellie at Roosters since I moved here in May. She does a fantastic job every time. The staff is accommodating and friendly with reasonable prices. Id definitely recommend

Called and scheduled a beard trim and fade, arrived to be told they dont have time for a fade REALLY you had no other clients in the place!!! Will not use them again.

I really like this place and was tired of getting butchered at sports clips. Nice location and exceptionally clean with friendly staff. A normal cut is very reasonable and only about $35. If you dont wear a mask or want your temperature taken when you walk in, dont bother making an appointment (also required). Masks are mandatory. Cut your hair at home if you dont want to wear a mask...it will look great

Almost never write a review however wanted to for Anna N. At this location. Super picky on my hair cuts not to mention my hair isn’t the easiest to cut or how I like it but she did probably the best razor fade I’ve had in years. Don’t usually ask for a certain stylist but will be doing so from here on out. Thanks for the attention to detail.

Staff was too busy socializing with friends. I walked out and nobody cared. There are plenty of other places to get a haircut that value your business.UPDATE: management reached out to me to apologize, explain what happened, and accept fault. Ive bumped the review to 4 stars as Ive given them another chance and they did a good job on the overall experience as originally expected.

This place has an amazing staff that all do a great job. Ive always had great experiences here with their service.The owners of this company are great as well, they care about their staff as well as their clients. A group of us went for an event and were treated amazing.

Anna Nelson did amazing!!! I looked like an amish man ready raise a barn when I came and and left looking like a refined gentleman. She did an amazing job and the super defined lines on my face and a most relaxing straight razor on my head. Its absolutely fantastic! Cant reccomend her and this place enough. Fiance went in neck line turned out splotchy and uneven, too low on neck , and odd shaped. had to fix it himself when he got home.

This was my third time going to this location. And what I experienced was mediocre, especially for the price. I had my haircut with Michael, he seemed very rushed during the haircut which only lasted less than 6 minutes. He did not shave my neck, I did not get my hair washed and I did not get a hot towel like previous visits. My experience and especially for the price of $32.00 was mediocre and the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will no longer visit this location. It was a waste of my time and money. I am extremely disappointed.

Attached is the haircut I received moments after getting it. I was 100% satisfied with the haircut and enjoyed the barber I was with. The straight razor shave could have been done better. I will definitely be back again in the future for touch-ups and any future Barber needs.

Yesterday went in and they were booked, learned I need to schedule, but the front desk lady was very accommodating and got me set up for next day as I could not wait for a later time that she offered that day. Completely understandable. Kudos Carrie! Very great hair cut and price is fair for the services received. Have not had such a great job done in years! Great attention to detail, awesome job on my neck line. Dont understand how people can compare this to your average chain hair cut place. They are way above par. Keep up the great work!

Sorry, I cant justify getting a haircut here for the price. I can’t believe this place is still open. Plenty of affordable haircut locations near. 30$ + tip ouch. They are sneaky and don’t post prices on site or any place. I am happy with my half price cuts and better job I bet.

Not the best first (and only) experience. I booked online a week in advance, only to show up discover that I had no appointment. I showed the confirmation I received on my phone and was told they didnt know what happened and there would be a 30 min wait. Not the end of the world, but defeated the purpose of making an appointment.I told them Id go grab some coffee next door and come back. When I arrived back for my appointment they asked if I wanted coffee or water. Would have been nice to know before I left, but at least the thought was better late than never.Then theres the hair cut and beard trim. Roosters is an higher price point kind of place, so Im not being critical of the cost itself, merely the value I got for it. Missed hair at the hairline around my ears for me to discover and fix when I got home. Uneven beard trim and a really bad job around the mustache are. Its never good when your wife giggles at your lopsided stache.In addition I asked for the top of my hair to be cut short, finger length. Barber didnt even touch the top of my head. That ones on me for not complaining on the spot and having her fix it, but at that point I was already super frustrated and knew I wasnt coming back.I gave two stars because the place has a nice setup, it was easy to book online (maybe itll actually work for someone else), and even though the staff did nothing to actually make any of this right, they were super friendly and cheerful.

Loved going here when Lisa was there she did a great job every time, but unfortunately she doesn’t work there anymore. I went to Aaron instead for a neck trim and honestly it was one of the worst ones I’ve ever had. For starters he seemed too aggressive and rushing it and cut the back of my neck, in multiple spots, when using the straight razor he was putting way too much pressure into everything, even when using the edgers. Then couldn’t even properly line everything up correctly, which I didn’t notice until I got in my car and got a closer look at it, there was a noticeable difference. I ended up going somewhere else after to get it fixed, I’ll have to wait for it to grow back. If I didn’t know better I would think it was his first time doing a neck trim, I was surprised considering the good reviews other people had for him.

I scheduled an appointment for 3PM (the only time that would work for me), when I arrived the girl at the front said my appointment was for 3:30PM (which wouldnt work). There was no misunderstanding, on my part, for when my appointment was. I clearly had my time bumped and their response was to make it appear that I just didnt understand when my original appointment was.

Since then, Carrie has taken great care of me. Great cut, listens to what I want, and makes honest suggestions. No complaints now, wont go anywhere else.

I gave it a try because it was nearby, they mailed a coupon, and my regular stylist was unavailable for a few weeks.I went in with no expectations. On a Friday early afternoon walk-in, I was told the first available time was 3 hours later. However, someone was a no-show and I was taken immediately by luck of the stylist wandering to reception rather than receptions awareness.I looked at the services and saw what seemed like a basic $20 cut (its described differently in store and is not listed on their website), but the terminology was not for customers... so I simply told reception, Id like a basic cut.Im balding, and what followed was a basic cut using clippers for the majority of the work and minor scissor work. I was then given the mildest shampooing Ive ever had and a hot towel was put on my face (without warning). I removed the towel myself because it was 90 degrees outside and found that to be unwanted. The cut finished with a shave of the back of my neck.When returning to the counter to pay, I asked what service I had received. ROOSTERS CLUB CUT for $30. So, they ignored my request or didnt make it clear that my cut was somehow complicated enough to warrant the $20 simple cut, and instead bumped the price by bumping the service, none of which I requested.I paid and vowed to myself to never return. Do not recommend (3 stars given because the cut was well done, the facility clean, and the staff was polite).

I wish I could give more than five stars to these barbers. I do get my haircut and I’ve never been disappointed once with his work. I would recommend this place to anyone.

First time visiting. Arrived at 6:10 when they close at 7pm. Asked if they had a minute to squeeze me in for quick trim (I keep my hair short). Girl at the front desk said yes, we don’t have any appointments, however stylist said no. Wanted to leave early. Poor customer service.

Even to have the manager come in a cut my hair and they gave me a complimentary visit which I am using tomorrow and I am very excited for it!! Cant say enough about the staff located on highway 7 at Vista Ridge!! Top Notch!! Friendly as heck, yet professional and capable.

I have been here a few times and my first experiences were positive but it regressed quickly. They last straw was being bumped from my appointment ten minutes before hand because of a late client. They must have been very late to bump me from 10 am to the mid afternoon. I am disappointed because I did have good experiences but like a lot of businesses, once they got some customer traffic they lost cohesion. I am especially perturbed about being bumped while I was driving there, why would I trust the new schedule when you just proved you cant manage a schedule?

We used to like going here but it has gained popularity and it is hard to get a haircut appointment now. Their hours make it hard to get there in time. Honestly, Floyds has a better deal and the haircuts are better than there now. Its a shame since its next to the awesome King Soopers.

The staff at this location is very rude - update to my review. This now has happened 2 times. The staff at this location appears to have some moral issues and try and push off customers. Im very easy going just want a haircut and every time I walk in they are put out beacause I didnt already have an appointment. I never get offered to make one. Just wont go back again.

Started going here because of the single blade razor head shave. I added the face shave today and it was amazing. One of the few places that use single blade razors. Definitely worth the little extra money for the quality of haircut and shave.

Love going here and getting a haircut and a hot shave because it is so relaxing the staff is great they offer you beers. they have a great atmosphere. I cant help myself from continuing to go back. And I think it was the Westminster Rooster that offer a free beer while you wait. On 88th and wadsworth.

I went here looking for a old school, classic barber shop. I was really disappointed to find another chain style salon that up-sells a hot foam razor shave and calls it a mens joint. I had to go back to my old stand by to get the job done right.

Seems like they had a bit of a rough start at this new location, but todays experience was top notch!

This is big shop but I could never get a walk in cut, 8 stalls and a receptionist that does not cut hair. I did make one appointment and then had to go to another place to get it done right.

Terrible. Got my hair done by Gavin and he didnt even blend the right side of my head. I got a taper fade and only my left side was done some what okay. Messed up on my edge up and completely went too high and too far on my forehead.

I travel an hour to use this location because my favorite stylist moved here.
