I made my appointment a week and a half before my birthday for on my birthday at noon. When I got there the shop was completely closed no one in there, so I called to let them know I was there and they said they were booked. I told them I already made an appointment for this day and they said they will be there in 10 mins. One of the ladies got there 16 mins late and she got started with another lady that was waiting outside as well as me. The lady who was actually doing my hair came 30 mins late. They did not welcome me in when I came in and finally got me started 45 mins after my appointment. After she washed my hair the lady who was going to be doing my hair began combing my hair with a little comb and was being super rough. I asked her if she could use a bigger comb because with my hair that is what I use and when combing you have to start at the ends so it will not hurt as bad. She asked me if I will like to do it that she use that comb on everyone. I said no because I do not use little combs because it pulls your hair out, can she just keep going because it was my birthday can she just be Easy. She said bye to me because I am complaining and I told her to keep going can she just be easier because it was hurting. So she kept going then put me under the dryer and it was so hot and my ears was hurting so bad. I was trying to deal with it so I wasn’t taking as complaining but it was hurting way too bad so I finally asked if she could turn it down and she got an attitude. I asked her how much do I owe her for the wash because I am going to just leave and she said the full amount which was $50. I asked her why if she did not do my hair and she asked me how much I wanted to pay, I told her to give me a price, she said $40, I said that’s a lot for a wash and reached in my purse to pay her and she told me free to get out. I have been to multiple salons in my life, in town and out of town and I have never ever experienced this and never had the dryer up that high. My ear and scalp was hurting so bad all day, ear was so red, it was the worst experience.

Very unprofessional... make an appointment your still gonna end up waiting 1-2 hours to get started and the price is always different
