I was in an accident may 26th, my vehicle was hit while parked. progressive handled everything because the other insurance couldn’t get ahold of their insurance holder. we’re now three weeks past and multiple phone calls to my local agent michael and his supervisor heather regarding my carseat and my deductible. michael is my claims agent, i’ve never spoke to him personally just voicemail after voicemail. it’s a nightmare for an accident that the other insurance already accepted liability.
