So disappointed that I have to take the time to share this, but I know how important it is to make others aware. I have had the worst, and I’m not exaggerating.. the worst customer service and experience with this office. At first getting me to switch over I received great customer service. Then three months later when my bill was generated for the month it was $70 more than it was promised to be. This was a mistake on their end. I reached out, and it was taken care of that month after a long month of poor communication. Then, my next bill was generated.... and was $70 more again. I reached out and was told nothing could be done, and that in order to not get “pushed back” I must pay the incorrect bill in its entirety....so after waiting to see if they might be able to fix it, I finally agreed to pay incorrect amount, as long as they promised to credit the difference to my next month’s bill. I was in fact promised this. So then the next month comes around and I’m patiently waiting for my updated bill. I’m getting emails saying my policy was going to be canceled, so I follow up. I’m told it just takes time.. so I wait, for the ENTIRE MONTH to be told I should just pay the full amount so “things don’t get backed up.” And during this month I send emails, I make phone calls, I send texts, because that’s what the woman in charge of billing preferred..and her lack of communication and poor responses led me to switch back to my previous insurance agent with Erie Insurance.. in those three days I already received astronomically better customer service, response, and care than I did the entire time with this office.. I do not recommend this office to my friends and family, and in fact I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy...

Very professional and friendly atmosphere and staff. Never felt rushed or pressured. Definitely recommend them for any insurance needs!

Went to State Farm to get renters insurance for my new apartment. Mike was so helpful with getting me the most affordable insurance and also gave me quotes for car insurance. I then spoke to Pete Krzak who was very friendly and told me everything I needed to know about life insurance. While I chose not to get it right then, I plan to very soon when the funds become available. Overall a great place to go through with very friendly staff.

One of the most compassionate guys around when it comes to insurance. Hes not just interested in making the sale, he actually cares about the people and making sure that they are done right by the insurance company.

They never helped me, they quoted one amount and charged a different (and much higher) amount. I finally canceled my policy and now they are withholding my refund for some unknown reason. Stay away!
