I was given great customer service in the store, with a good selection of product. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had such a great experience , I called to have them fix an appliance I already owned. They came in a timely manner (everyone else I called made me wait a week or two), and the man was very nice, he explained everything to me. He was able to fix the problem, and did not over charge me. I felt very good about the experience and would highly recommend them!!

Brought an dryer an month ago, dryer not fully drying clothes. This place has no return policy but has an use less 90 day warranty policy. Very bad customer service

I have been buying appliances from them for a long time. And only one time I got a dryer that didnt heat up, and they replace it on the spot! I love this place! Ive gotten 2 stoves, 2 fridges 2 dryers a3 washers over the last 20 years!And now its time for a new stove and fridg for my new home! Hey Dave! Whatcha got?!

Ive been waiting for over a week for Matt, the son, to deliver my washer and dryer. The son took over for the Dad. Worst customer service. He blew me off Saturday. I canceled my appointments and waited all day and he didnt even call or show up. This is after waiting all week for Matt to return my call. The guy who answers the phone is very nice but told me Matt would get my washer and dryer from my old house and move to our new house. I bought the washer from Daves about a month ago. They told me then they would help me with our move. Matts response, after days of not returning my call, was that he doesnt do this. Said he would come Saturday and didnt show. You are way better off working with another business. Matt has no work ethic.

I bought a washer from Daves. I have always had a good experience with him. Well I guess his son took over. Had an issue with the washer and took forever for Matt to come out and take a look. The son Matt was very rude and disrespectful. Had to call my husband to get him out of the house.....Will never go there again and should never have to put up with that kind of abuse from a service person in my own home...I hope he doesnt treat his father like that...

Terrible customer service, dryer stop working with in a week. I wasted there service technicians time... there is no schedule, they work when they feel like it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We called with a simple question-trying to get rid of a dryer we no longer needed. We just asked if they would take it, its a brand new dryer, the heat component is just out and we cant use that type of dryer at our place. The man did not even answer our question, he sighed and hung up on us. A simple no would have sufficed.

Went there looking for a stove. I was aware the place deals in reconditioned appliances and it is possible that we happened to come in when they were in a real low patch in their inventory, but GEEZ! The stoves on the floor were a friggin mess! Dirty looking, knobs missing, and the prices are written right on the oven in Sharpie! Will that even come off? Wouldnt have one of those dilapidated pieces of you-know-what in my home, period! How is this a business?

Dont ever do business with them....EVER..my landlord bought us a refrigerator from there and it was smaller than the one we had so we placed Items back into the new one they brought over and the gentleman said if it does not get cold within an hour give us a call 3 hours later the stuff did not get cold. Mind you the refrigerator we had before had not been cold for 24 hours to begin with so we needed our stuff to get cold right away the delivery driver said just pack it all in there now,which we did. We called the company back and told them that the refrigerator and freezer were not cold the gentleman came over about 15 minutes later after he said the landlord already talked to him and hung up on me. When he got here he pulled all the stuff out of our freezer yelling at us telling us it wasnt his fault the landlord got a smaller freezer and we are just going to have to deal with it and buy a small chest freezer and told us we couldnt pack all the stuff in front of the fan that was the whole problem. Mind you he wasnt speaking to us he was yelling. And mind you it was the delivery driver who told us to just pack it all in there, he left the house huffing and puffing and slammed our door. Dave I would he really embarrassed that you left your company to your son Matt.

My refrigerator stopped working. I called a national chain service and the first that they could come was in 8 days. I call Daves and they showed up in one day. Matt diagnosed the problem and a new part will be $70 plus a $60 for installation. He will come back tomorrow to install it. I am very impressed with his service.

Worst customer service ever. They like to hang up on you if they feel stressed out, it seems. STAY AWAY. Stay far away.We purchased a refrigerator from them 2 years ago, whose compressor fan wasnt working. They fixed it promptly the next morning. If I hadnt taken off the back panel to clean the filth that seems to cover each of their reconditioned appliances, I might not have noticed it, and when the 90-day warranty was up, I would be SOL.This time we purchased a washer. It was filthy in the showroom, but we were assured it would be cleaned up (i.e., the disgusting drain hair would be removed from the fabric softener cup.) It was NOT touched. It was delivered with drain-hair intact.In addition, it appeared the fabric softener cup was malfunctioning. I called and a sympathetic gentleman assured me it would be looked at. Three hours later, I called for an ETA and was treated with condescention, irritation, and rudeness. I was lectured on the importance of fabric softener in a laundry routine, and then hung up on in mid-sentence.Appalling lack of professionalism. Buyer beware.

Erie Area friends and FamilyNever use these guys! Their delivery people are horrible and then when you call you get short rude answers over the phone. I am so disappointed in them. I used them in 2011 and was so impressed with them, the 3 appliance I bought in 2011 are still going strong and I have always referred them to people....... but today the lost my business and any referral they would get from me. They delivered a dryer and it was fiasco from start to finish the delivery guy was rude and not pleasant at all, they did not take the old dryer which was part of the delivery fee/agreement saying they could not get it out of the room (by the way my boyfriend was able to remove said dryer in less than 5 minutes so what was your problem Daves Delivery guy?) and they took my door off the hinges to get it in the room and not only left the door off and not put it back but misplaced the pins for the hinges of the door so now I have to purchase new pins for the hinges of my door to put it back up!NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use them recommend them or even think of them for anything!Erie peeps be aware!

These people are so rude! We had problems with the washer we bought from them and they were very rude about fixing the problem. I wont be doing business with them ever again! Talk about a waste of time!

Bought a refrigerator that only lasted a few months and wasnt happy, however, bought an electric stove 10 years ago from this store that is still working. Its hit and miss when you buy used appliances, but the stove was totally worth every penny and then some.

Terrible. Sold me a washer that didnt work and when we called Matt (the owner) to fix it he was RUDE! Bad customer service, terrible appliances. Will never do business with them again. And will defer people from using them.

I waited for five hours for this establishment to call me back. The actual repairman “Matt” returned my call and was cocky as he explained that my repair would likely be $150, and therefore “isn’t worth it”.I work too hard for my money to be treated sarcastically ( or anything less than professional, for that matter ).Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
